I’m obsessed with my new system from creative low carbon ! I wish I had got it done sooner!! George spent a hour of his time for free assessing my property and we spoke about what i want back from my install. With his knowledge, we drafted a few final setups and how they would benefit me. George checked in regularly, but without the pushy sales team approach (which to me says he’s got enough work because of his quality service without the need to constantly cold call) Fast forward several months - Ive not spent a penny on importing electric from the grid and have future proofed my electric consumption ! No more price rises, no more unexpected monthly costs, for the first time since paying my bills , I’m getting money back from my energy provider and regularly pulling 4kw p/h of energy even on a cloudy day (20/02/26) I can honestly say once again thank you to George , the installers and all the team at creative low carbon. If you’re looking for a system this company is unmatched from start to finnish , the aftercare is 10/10. As an engineer myself , I believe in good quality service and making the customers journey the best it can be! You guys truly deserve to be at the top of your industry 🤝

Creative Low Carbon installed my…

Creative Low Carbon installed my original system. It works so well I got them back to add an additional battery. They arrived on time did the job super fast. No mess. Then they phoned me in the evening to discuss and advise me on a number of items. 5 stars all the way

From first contact with George and the team from Creative Low Carbon until completion of the Installation was First Class. Communication with the office and wider team was Excellent. Despite really awful weather the installers completed the job on time and in a professional manner. I would recommend this company for any of your Solar projects. Many Thanks.

Smart and efficient system and service

George came out and explained the system to us and the various options. He then left us to think about it and get back to him with any questions. Which we had loads. He was never pushy or just trying to sell, so no pressure which I liked. The contractors were polite, friendly and very tidy. Even when the scaffolders knocked out our sky, George organised for an engineer to come out and restore our signal. Since it's been installed we haven't had the best of weather, but is surprising how much is generated from the smallest amount of sun light. Even when it's not bright sunshine. The app that comes with it is really useful, although I don't understand it all. Main thing is I can see we are saving money.

Started on this crazy solar journey late last year and was overwhelmed by the amount of jargon thrown at me. Then I received a phone call from a guy called George. I thought here we go another salesman but to be truthful he was upfront from day one told me he wouldn’t necessary the cheapest but definitely wouldn’t be The most expensive but the quality of workmanship would definitely be the best and I’ve got to say I totally agree. He came round even though I told him I had no intention of buying from him, he explained everything to me. I told him why I wasn’t happy with the other quote I was receiving and he asked the one question that nobody else had asked what did I want. So I told him I wanted it to look like it’s supposed to be there, no cables hanging out, no unsightly looking boxes bolted to the wall and he said he could deliver. I can honestly say the guys that did the job were brilliant especially Lewis, we didn’t have a lot of room for the battery but it looks like it’s always been there and belongs there. Even at this time of year December/January we are making massive savings on our electric. Thank you, Creative Low Carbon overwhelmed with the service

The weather was terrible on the day of installation but the team battled through. The panels were installed in a day with the electrical bit completed on day 2. Throughout the process George and his team were very professional. Are they the cheapest - no however the way they ensure everything in done to your satisfaction and their professional attitude makes it worth the money. I have had a few questions since installation and these have been answered promptly and without any issues Would I recommend them 100% everytime

Very Impressed

George and his team were brilliant right from the start. They explained the different options in a way that I understood and were very prompt in providing a quote and doing a site visit. We got a cancellation slot so the time from my initial enquiry to getting the installation was only about two weeks. We had a couple of teething problems through no fault of the company. A third party delivered a broken solar panel and then one of the sets of solar panels was not generating solar. Both issues were resolved promptly with zero stress to me. Any questions I had were answered within 24hrs. All the workmen were polite and courteous. Very impressed with the service and would happily recommended them.

If you are reading this while comparing solar companies before making a purchase, look no further. George at Creative Low Carbon provided me with a top-notch Sigenergy system, and the whole experience was simply perfect. To cut a long story short I was left with a damaged roof, panels and fixings not secured, panels installed that didn’t conform to my roof’s sizing constraints, poorly terminated and routed cables, and large gaps left around the mounts. On top of that, my property was damaged, I lost days accommodating incompetent workers, and I spent endless time chasing remedial work with no trust or confidence in their workmanship. This ultimately lead to me cancelling the works and pulling out before further problematic issues arrose and thank god I did I called around trying to find someone willing to help put things right. Most companies understandably didn’t want to get involved, but George came to the rescue. He quickly arranged an on-site survey, clearly explained the remedial work required, and produced a comprehensive quote that also catered for my original solar goals. Once I agreed and paid the deposit, everything was perfectly planned. I had plenty of notice, clear scheduling, and excellent communication. On the installation days the team arrived punctually, worked hard, kept everything professional, and tidied up at the end of each day. They also explained exactly what was being done, step by step, which matched the initial quote perfectly. It was a complete contrast to my previous nightmare experience. Everything ran smoothly and stress-free. If you are reading reviews and comparing firms, I strongly advise avoiding a certain Dartford-based Kent company beginning with "De" — and instead go with George at Creative Low Carbon. We employed Creative LowCarbon to install a solar panel battery package that would suit our electricity usage. From the initial discussions through to the installation and final commissioning George's team handled everything. The installation went according to plan and at the time agreed. Everybody who worked on the system was polite and courteous so all told we are very happy with the outcome. The real test of course is whether everything works - well it's a fairly cloudy day here but the panels are still making enough juice to feed the house and charge the battery. That can't be bad for early November.

5Kwhr solar panel & 10 KWHr battery package

Everything was handled by George and his team from discussing what we needed through to the installation and final commissioning. We now have a fully operational solar panel and battery package which we are very pleased with. The roof installation team and the electrician were all courteous and careful.

Just recently installed our solar panels and couldn’t be happier with it. George was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process! Installation days went smoothly and the guys were also very professional. Highly recommended Creative Low Carbon!

Best solar installers around!!!

My solar journey started when I saw all my neighbours having panels put up on their roofs. Keen to join the solar revolution, I spoke to several of them and it quickly became apparent that they had taken benefit of the Solar Together scheme, backed by our local council. I therefore followed suit and had the survey carried out by Solar Together and subsequently received a quotation. It was certainly cheap! However, upon closer inspection and much due diligence, there are several downfalls with the Solar Together systems. They offer the cheapest equipment on the market, they often install an inverter that is too small for the size of the solar array, and there is no bespoke or tailored package available. They basically have a 'one product fits all' approach. I also understand that their head office is based in The Netherlands. If you want a cheap solar panel system, but aren't to fussed about quality, performance or longevity, then perhaps Solar Together is a good fit. I then came across George from Creative Low Carbon. George came to see me to carry out a survey on the very same evening that I called him. We discussed several options and he gave me several prices for different sized systems, different inverters, and different battery models from various manufacturers. His options were budget, intermediate and top of the range. There was no pushiness about him, and I felt immediately confident that I had found the right company after our initial meeting. George explained that I could visit his home to see his own solar setup, which I gladly did and the quality of his installation work was second to none. I finally opted for the top of the range Sigenergy system with 28 x 485w Aiko panels, a Sigenergy 12Kw inverter and a Sigenergy 9.06Kwh battery. A deposit was paid, the scaffolding went up, the electrician and roofers turned up, the installation went smoothly and everything was carried out in a timely, professional and tidy manner. George then made all the DNO applications to UKPN and amazingly he managed to get me a full 12Kwh export potential (this is usually unheard of)! I received the electrical installation certificate and all the paperwork soon after the install was complete. The scaffolding came down a week later, George then came back to my house to talk me through the Sigenergy app, how the AI functions and integration work, and I paid him the balance. George finally helped me with the application to my electricity supplier (Eon) for the solar export payments. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with this installation. The whole process from start to finish has been faultless and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending George and Creative Low Carbon, you will not be disappointed. And like me, you will start saving money from day one!

Very responsive and personable service matching my solar needs with a tailored, bespoke package. George and his team were very knowledgeable and demonstrated a real understanding of the products and how best to deploy them. I was especially impressed by their willingness to work to meet my needs to place the batteries and inverter discreetly (see pics). Absolutely brilliant service from Creative Low Carbon

Absolutely brilliant service from George and the team. Designed a system to take account of different facing roofs. All products (panels, inverter, battery, gateway) installed as planned, and problems that arose along the way were dealt with cheerfully and with a positive attitude. What really makes George stand out is the way he also handles all the complications of export licences etc. Constant clear communication on where things are at - there are no stupid questions to ask and you always get a cheerful and informative response. You get what you pay for, and with Creative Low Carbon I'm already saving (and creating) serious money with an AI enabled solar system. Highly recommended.

Once I'd made my decision it was quite soon the scaffolding started going up and only a few days later I was looking at my very neat 12 new solar panels 😊. George was very helpful, patient and kind, and answered all the multiple questions I had about the possible system. The quotes for the two options I was considering were really useful and informative. I went with an 8 kW battery and easily found space for it in my garage. I must admit I'm impressed with how neat and tidy all the electrics are in the garage – thumbs up to the electrician 🙂 - and the wiring coming down from the panels is excellently hidden away inside trunking down the wall so you would never know it's there. I did quite a bit of reading when I was deciding which supplier to choose – it’s a good way to learn about solar systems. One thing I liked about Creative is that they don't use the new microinverters which sit underneath each panel so if they go wrong you need to go up to the roof to get at them. Nice to know my inverter is next to my battery at ground level 🙂. The phone App which connects to the battery is absolutely excellent and gives you all the info you want on how your system is doing, especially when it shows you how much energy you are exporting into the grid 👍– I check it every day! The best thing is knowing that I've got some protection now against the inevitable increase in electricity costs that we will all be subject to and you won't hear me bemoaning any future heat waves – I will just enjoy consuming my own solar power, watch the kW’s being exported and get myself another electric cooling fan! 😂

Not only was he knowledgeable and extremely patient, without any high pressure sales tactics. I felt completely comfortable the whole way through the process. Installing a solar Battery

George at Creative Low Carbon is very knowledgeable on solar and gave me sound advice as well as options to suit my budget. The installation was very professional with an excellent team of fitters. So far the Fox Ess battery is working really well and saving at least £2.00 a day on my bill.

Cant talk more highly about Creative Low Carbon. From the initial quote through the installation and excellent follow up. A great system with lots of AI help to control the storage. Really neat installation. George has really helped me after the instal to get the very best out of the system. Nothing is too much trouble.

After having several different salesmen visit our home using the old school sales methods meeting George was huge relief, he listened to what I wanted and offered the best product to meet my budget, I only wish I had done it sooner
