The whole team at Yarmer renewables were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They installed solar panels, a battery system and charger. From the initial contact through system design and installation they were helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Matt, Char and team were amazing and installed the system quickly and with great care (despite the horrendous weather). The quality of the installation has really impressed us, while the advice and information throughout the process has been excellent. We're loving our new system! Matt has just (12/12/24) completed and commissioned a 4.55 KWp system consisting of 10 solar panels, a 3.7 KW hybrid invertor and a 10 KWH battery. The work was completed professionally and with minimal disruption by Matt and his 'roof man' Gus. Despite the poor weather and short days everything is working well and I am generating and storing energy and saving money already. I have no hesitation in recommending Yarmer to anyone considering going solar.

I’ve just completed the ‘who do I get to fit the solar?” Puzzle with the maze of choices and deals out there, got quotes from several local and national suppliers, none of which had the feel of getting the best setup. Matt from Yarmer Renewables was an accidental contact (after a local search which turned out to be a referring lead site) but it has been a happy accident! Although I initially had some reservations about using a smaller installer I would now unreservedly recommend them for anyone looking to go the solar route. Everything has been well designed and is bespoke to this house (a lot of the national incentives from big companies seem to use generic kit and limited design process to keep the prices low) the roof space has been fully utilised and the work is super neat and unobtrusive. Prices are very competitive even against the larger bulk supply firms. The best part is that everything from the first call has been exactly on time and exactly what was promised, the scaffolding team were great and the disruption and mess has been hardly noticeable for such a task. Roof works were also without any issues with Gus working up there in all manners of rain wind and cold! (Rather him than me) Matt has always answered any questions immediately and is very friendly and personable to deal with and doesn’t pressure sell in any way. The system is in and working perfectly within a month of first contact which is impressive for a 16 panel inverter and battery set up.the nationals were talking 3 months at least. This has been of my best experiences in having trades in for work I’ve ever had, there is no part I could improve, I would recommend highly without any qualms.

Installing Solar Panels Matthew did a great job installing an additional 6.5 kWp of Solar Panels. The job was more complicated because our existing FITs panels competed for grid export capacity and needed priority. Matthew designed and implemented a solution which complied with all the various requirements - FITs, MCS and DNO. He was a pleasure to work with - always keeping me informed and turning up on time. His worked was very professional - covering all the trades necessary for a successful solar installation. Highly recommended.
