Our roof which was over 60 years old needed to be renewed and the cost saving option to install inbuilt solar panels at the same time was the reason we chose Radiance Reliance. Now that the work is finished, we would like to say, that all the Radiance staff we dealt with were very personable, excellent communicators and great to deal with from start to finish. The senior staff right through to the installation teams kept us up to speed with their progress as the job went on. The system is up and running so here's hoping it produces the power it is designed to do. Despite the weather we have seen positive gains already. We would recommend this Radiance team to anyone who wants solar panels installed and if anyone has an old roof like ours, it makes sense to get the roof redone with inbuilt solar panels. Many thanks to everyone who worked so hard to ensure the job went smoothly.

Radiance energy roof repairs and PV system installed

From the first interaction for a quote, through to completion of the job, the Radiance team, services, comms and products were excellent. The installation from roof strip to the solar panels installed was 6 working days, in some poor weather conditions as well. Special thanks to the roof team and the electrical team, Cameron, Jack, Liam and Bob (Ethan) who were professional, with a great work ethic and cleaned up after themselves. Professional experience with Radiance, Johnny and Stuart are very helpful and knowledgeable. Chartered engineers so they know what they are talking about. The installation and test team were friendly and polite. Full design pack issued on completion. I’d have no issues using them again or recommending them to anyone.

The guys from Radiance were just amazing, Jonny and Stuart were knowledgeable, inclusive, problem solvers and clearly technical experts. The whole process from initial engagement to full system installed and commissioned was stress and problem free. The quality of the work has been very high on the installation.

A good company to deal with

Just had inset solar panels, inverter and battery installed by Radiance. They have been a good company to deal with through the whole process of specification contract and installation. Unlike some other companies that provided quotes they went to some trouble to devise a system that did what I wanted it to and at reasonable cost. Installation was efficient and trouble free, and the system is now working well.

There are no negatives to say about this MC certified ,insurance backed company. I chose Radiance through word of mouth and viewing previous local installations. Pre installation survey, explanation of available solar systems, roofing requirements and the subsequent various quotations were all expertly explained. The whole team were highly professional and capable. It was excellent to see time being taken with the training of apprentices. Responses to my queries as they arose were timely. Additional essential work beyond the scope of my original quotation had to be undertaken but was absorbed by the company with significant disruption to their subsequent work schedule and was expertly completed. The team kept me informed of when they would be on site and left the workplace spotless on completion. Certificates of compliance for MCS and building regulations were received within 24 hours of completion. I would 100% recommend this company for a solar power installation.

Highly knowledgeable and professional company. My installation was very big but they handled it and all the arising problems with ease. MCS certified and insurance backed guarantee means you have a premium service. Absolutely no faults with my install and a highly competent team who are credit to the business owners. The workforce was polite and efficient, though there were minor challenges during fitting. The system is running, and we’re seeing some savings. Radiance have installed a 20 panel array with battery on our slate roofed barn. The work was carried out on time and looks fantastic. The energy savings, even on a rainy February day are significant. We're really pleased with the work and the friendly team who carried it out.

From start to finish the all experience was first class. From deciding what our requirements were till the end commissioning of the system. All steps were explained including alternative's nothing was forced on us. The lads installing the system were very polite and curtious nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering solar.
