Persuaded by my (adult) son who has had a battery system of his own for some years I contacted, through myenergie, Green Solar Systems. Paul came round to assess our house and electiricity system and offered advice in simple english with no jargonese to confuse the issues. He assessed out electiricity usage from old bills and advised on the size of the battery that would be "best" wilst being clear that a smaller battery could be fitted to limit overall costs if I wished. We exchanged emails and the system was fitted in a day with minimal disruption to our lives and is now "up and running". I would not hesitate to use him again if I needed his services for any other matter.

Excellent old-fashioned customer service! Paul was helpful from start to finish - planning permission was needed for our solar panel installation and Paul was happy to visit the site, advise and provide technical data and info for use in the application. Once permission was granted, installation was swift and efficient; the installers, Leigh and Remy, were superb, hard-working and with great attention to detail. Everything was up and running straightaway. Paul has been available at any time to answer queries and has continued to help with all the registration of the system. Surpassed our expectations, and an allround great experience!
