I am struggling to find words to describe how pleased I have been with Giant Solar. From first consultation to final handover we were made to feel like the most important customer that they had. We were asked our opinions and desires with regards to every aspect of system design and equipment placement to best suit our desires. They did everything possible to make the fit look as pleasing as possible, even if it made their work more difficult. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering solar power.

Great service from the company! Since my previous installer closed the business, and Giant Solar gave me a reasonable quote, and job was done smoothly and efficiently in their first visit. This saved me from trouble as I got no support from the company who provided the warranty.

This was a difficult job, replacing 15 year old panels, using old rails, and then reconnecting the electrics to the original inverters. The system was checked and is proving to work properly. I didn’t know that inverters wear out, if they fail I will have no hesitation in calling you out to replace them. The team were professional and conscientious. Many Thanks Chris Ball

Goat Solar went above and beyond to fix…

Goat Solar went above and beyond to fix an intermittent fault with my father in law’s solar panels. Comms prior to the call-out were carefully handled and pictures of the installation requested so that Giant could be as prepared as possible to fix the problem. On the day, Nayeem the technician was very careful to ensure he had checked every part of the PV setup and was very thorough in identifying the intermittent tripping problem. I should particularly comment that Nayeem was also very patient with my father in law who is 90 and loves to talk! He listened patiently and showed interest in his stories of the solar panels and motorbikes etc. After checking that the fault was resolved, the technician also looked at the connecting infrastructure into the house and followed up with a very thorough report, with photos, of the installation, fault and remedy. After the visit we had a follow up call from Giant to check that there had been no further issues. I should add that the cost of the visit seems reasonable bearing on mind the expertise required to understand and fix this technology. I would have no hesitation is recommending Giant Solar, a company that exhibits the kind of customer service long since forgotten by many.

Every step along the way these have been brilliant. Rehan has been my contact all the way through, from quote to after sales. Top man, he even visited the other day (phoning ahead first) to see how we were doing with it. Our setup (10 panels and a battery) is currently on track to make us about £5 profit this August, compared to the £70 bill we had the June before installation. The installation itself was a doddle and the two blokes that did it were hilarious with their bickering. The scaffolding had gone up about three days before and was down within a few days too. Compare this to my neighbours who used a different company and still had their scaffolding up two months later. Can't recommend these enough.

From start to finish had a great experience with Giant Solar. We replaced a broken inverter but took the opportunity to move it to another position. Rehan was extremley knowledgable and popped out to make sure we were getting compatible equipment. Great communications. I sent an email to Giant Solar enquiring about an additional battery for my solar scheme. They responded within an hour and having ascertained my requirements provided an immediate very competitive quotation. Once I accepted the quotation they agreed to undertake the work within three days. Their Engineer, Nayeem arrived on time and under took the work to an excellent fashion. He went at great length to inform me of all the details and ensure that I fully understood all aspects of the installation. He ensured that he did not leave until he had cleared up all brick dust and any mess leaving everything looking perfect. Three weeks later Nayeem contacted me by telephone as a follow up to ensure that I was totally happy with the equipment and installation. An excellent company which I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to anyone. Also an excellent and diligent employee.

Health Check on Solar Panel System

Found this company on CHEKATRADE so knew they had been checked for accreditations and all work done by them thru CHEKATRADE would be reviewed. They came out to do a Solar Panel Health check. Responded to all communication promptly, turned up on time and reviewed the System. Found no faults. Very Polite People and very reasonable cost for service. Would Recommend.

Giant Solar are friendly and professional. Their customer service is excellent - they followed up our initial enquiry promptly and were able to answer our questions in a clear way. Their technician who installed a new inverter for us worked efficiently, explaining in a straightforward way on what would be happening with the installation. We were very satisfied with the work carried out.

Giant Solar company are helpful honest and gracious where people matters. My installers MyEnergy SolutionsLtd ignoring me for two years. The company installed the solar panels system 21st September 2023 didnot supply the correct documents for registration with National Grid. Sending grid wrong information. Faults occurred with the solar panels system. I contacted them by watsup email and phone calls and by Facebook. The company cut my calls off. With Check a Trade I contacted Giant Solar and explained to them what has happened. Rehan came with the engineer came to fix the problem. I am a pensioner. They were totally professionals and courteous. I would recommend Giant Solar to anyone who are thinking of having solar panels system installed. What a company!!! Absolutely fantastic, service brilliant. When speaking with them I felt that they were genuine, to the point that before making a visit they ran through a series of questions to make sure nothing simple had caused the problem. Solar meter problem quickly resolved

Had a problem with my solar panel meter and they diagnosed it and fit a new meter at the visit. My previous one was dead and I didn’t have to pay for a new meter unless it was needed, which was hood.

We were very happy with the service we received from Giant Solar Ltd, they were prepared to help us when others had sought to try and sell us unwanted or unnecessary items costing a lot of money. Some were not prepared to help with a small job. Thank you to Rohan for making the process seamless and professional. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Well the sales rep that came out came across as honest and was easy to ask questions of about any concerns i had or anything i didn't understand . he also made me feel comfortable and was not pushy . the workers that fitted or did the install were tidy in their work and were friendly and easy to get along with . All of the work was completed in 2 days . everything was smooth and the office communication of timings and what to expect was spot on

Such a professional Company. Really happy going ahead with Giant Solar. They helped me with my export registration and kept me updated throughout with a beautiful presented Handover Pack. The installers were polite and kept me updated at each stage with no cutting corners. Great tutorials and the App works great with all information in real time. Many don't bother once they have taken your money but Giant Solar were prompt with their updates after installation. I am well pleased. Thank you!
