I don't think I can put into words how good this company are. From the initial phone call with Dave who was brilliant in his explanation of the system and also showing me the data behind it. No hard sell which was very important to us. On to Emily who organised the install and other aspects around the whole experience. To Phil who came up and installed the battery system. Any issues which arose which were actually caused by EDF engineers were fixed by Phil remotely which was brilliant. I can't praise the team enough for what they did. The only issue now, is I can't get off the app for the batteries watching how much money we are saving. If you're thinking of Solar, Batteries or anything else this company offers, give them a call. Absolutely 5 Stars. Thank you Dave, Emily and Phil.

I spoke with Blue Ape Renewables about battery storage, paid my deposit, and had the system installed. The service was excellent from start to finish. Dave explained everything clearly, especially the tariffs, and made it easy to understand. Really happy with the whole process and would recommend them.

HONEST COMPANY. Advised battery install not beneficial to me

Fast callback & an honest, extensive investigation into my electric usage, electric bills and household determined I wouldn't benefit from the outlay of battery backup as my solar usage was well balanced during the day/night already. Unlike other quotes who appear to just want to install regardless, so thanks Dave

This is an outstanding company who provide a first class service and go to great lengths to ensure that the customer is satisfied. There were technical issues due to the scattered nature of my installation which they used their considerable experience to overcome and kept me informed throughout.

They were recommended to me by a neighbour, I had not come across them during my own research. Craig guided me through the process from start to finish, using a google map view for an initial quote following up with a site visit. All paperwork was dealt with efficiently and the panel installers were on time and left no mess. The price paid was reasonable but service second to none. I can thoroughly recommend Blue Ape Renewables

Really easy and streamlined process from start to finish. Kept informed throughout the process by Emily who has been fantastic. The guys who came to survey and work on the property were all very efficient and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended!

Great company

It took a while for the supplier to provide their equipment. Yet when Blue Ape got them, I was informed immediately and book an appointment when it suited me. The installation went smoothly and I tested my charger on my car before they left. They tidied up after themselves and explained the technical parts when asked with patience.

From start to finish the experience with BlueApe Renewables was perfect. Craig was my first contact for a quotation and his can do approach and attention to detail was impeccable. Then Emily was my day to day contact to see the job throughout the planning and delivery, again shr was excellent and a credit to the team. Finally, Kyle & Dave, undertook the survey and installation. Nothing was too much trouble and Kyle's attention to detail is second to none. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option, highly recommend.

From the first time I spoke to Craig on the phone I knew this was the company I wanted to use. He was very professional and answered the many questions I asked and I was happy with the price. I had my panels and battery and inverter fitted yesterday by a very professional and friendly team, Guy and Fin the electricians and Abe and Mal the fitters who all did a great job. I had a call today from Emily to help me with paper work needed to sell some electric to the grid and talk to me about the app. Again a really nice and informative person. Thank you to the whole team and I look forward to a prosperous future.

As the manager at Fireguard Developments, I was impressed with the service provided by Blue Ape Renewables from start to finish. They approached us regarding the installation of 34 heat pumps at one of our largest properties, and the entire process was seamless and highly professional. From the initial consultation with Craig, who took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, to the responsive and customer service provided by Emily, the communication and service were outstanding throughout. A special thanks goes to the installers, Jack and John and River, whose polite and efficient work did not go unnoticed. They handled the installation with minimal disruption and maximum professionalism. Our tenants are absolutely delighted with their new heating systems, and we still have plenty more to be installed. I had an air source heat pump installed recently, and the entire experience was excellent. The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Chloe and Emily guided me through the process, explained the system in detail, and carried out the installation with great attention to detail. Really impressed with Blue Ape Renewables. After struggling to get a quick installation date elsewhere, they stepped in and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. From the first phone call, Craig was clear and helpful—he took the time to explain how the Zappi charger works with Octopus tariffs, and also talked me through the updates they’d be making to the consumer unit, which I appreciated. The installation was completed in just a few hours. Phil did a great job—neat, tidy, and clearly knew what he was doing. At the end of the job, he talked me through everything he’d done, explained how the charger worked, and made sure I was happy before leaving. That level of care makes a big difference. The team were really flexible around my schedule and needs, and it was a nice bonus to watch them film the install and put it on their channel after. Having enquired with a few companies about a Zappi charger, a couple of companies didn't get back to me and I was passed Blue Apes number and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and immediate response from Craig with a magnificent price, instant survey date (which he carried out) and rapid installation date. Their office staff also responded immediately to any queries I had. The head electrician - Phil - arrived on time and was extremely thorough and amazingly neat with his installation. He also uncovered a fault on the earthing of my electrical setup, from which another company didn't highlight. On top of this Craig helped me switch over to Octopus Energy, has signed me up for the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, and even got me set up on an SEG payment for my solar which the company I had fit my solar (3 years ago) failed to do! All in all, HIGHLY recommended. Superb service all round.

I had the pleasure of dealing directly with Chloe, the Managing Director, regarding my battery storage installation, and it was a refreshing change compared to other companies. She wasn’t pushy at all and simply offered the solution she felt was best suited to my needs, which actually turned out to be more affordable than what I originally wanted. We've recently had 9 solar panels and a battery installed by Blue Ape and we are so happy with everything! We had an unusual roof configuration that another supplier was unable to work around but it was no issue here. From first enquiry to the follow up support from Emily it's been an excellent experience. I’m really happy with my 78-panel solar installation from Blue Ape Renewables! The team was great from start to finish. The site survey gave me confidence, the scaffolding team was professional and made sure everything was safe, and the installers did a fantastic job, leaving the site clean. The handover was very helpful, and I now feel confident using the SolarEdge app to monitor my energy production. The aftercare has been excellent, with quick responses to any questions.
