Huge thanks to Paul and the team at Arc Electrical! After being let down by an emergency electrical service that didn’t want to take ownership of the issue, Paul stepped in without hesitation. As soon as he heard we had no power, he came over as quickly as he could. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and even managed to bring some laughs despite the situation. Paul quickly identified the fault, went out to grab the necessary parts, and had everything fixed and the power back on in about 30 minutes to an hour. Absolutely brilliant service — professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arc Electrical to anyone in need. Thanks again, Paul and team!

Having had great difficulty in finding a responsive electrician to carry out a major electrical refurbishment at a Community Amateur Sports Club site, we were pleased to find ARC to help us. Paul has provided great support and been very accommodating in working with our volunteer members. Based on our experience, I recommended ARC to a neighbour who used them to carry out all the wiring on a new house build and they have been very impressed with their service. I have now used ARC again to install the electrics for a kitchen refit and again I am very pleased with their responsiveness and competitive charges. I will definitely seek out ARC again the next time I need an electrician.

We have had Paul come round a few times, firstly to install our alarm system, then upgrading all internal lights and also fitting external lights. He’s a friendly guy who happily gives free advice. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
