How wonderful to have a firm looking after my solar system that i can trust to do there best for me. After having the first years of having solar being ripped off by firms and people only interested in taking my money I now have peace and trust in DLBEC who have always turned up on time and always sorted out my problems ,sometimes without charge.In my view a top company!

I approached the initial appointment with apprehension, unsure of what to expect but it was unfounded. The issues were clearly explained and ultimately corrected. All done efficiently and with no problems.

The annual appointment for inspection( one panel had tripped out)

The annual appointment for inspection and fitting an PVprotector (ie a voltage optimiser to prevent damage from dc surges)was made in a timely and business - like manner. I am pleased iam with Elbecs as there are loads of cowboys out there.

When things go wrong

When things go wrong, DLBec personnel give the impression they work in my interests as well as the Company's. If other people phone wanting to inspect my solar sytem I simply tell them no, I'm with DLBec!
