Middlesbrough Insulation Company Limited t/a Heatpac

Just had cavity wall and loft insulation done today by this company.A family run company who have been going for 50yrs. Have to say what a great bunch of lads. Polite and friendly from the off sometimes funny with a great sense of humour. Nothing was a problem to them.It was a pleasure to have them in my home. Never stopped. Would definitely recommend this company. Now just see if I can turn my heating down. Once again thanks.

Great service from Heatpac they replaced my old insulation in the walls and loft and installed a new boiler with Hive controls. Job completed in timescale set out at the start, no issues and no mess left!

Heatpac renewed old blown fibre insulation which had failed (not originally installed by them) & replaced it with beads. Now outside temperature is dropping we can really feel the difference- the house is losing energy at a much slower rate & internal temperature is more even. HeatPac were great from start to finish- efficient, reliable and friendly. I have already recommended them to a neighbour. First rate company!

Excellent work from start to finish from the communication down to clean up from the job. Lads on site were well mannered, polite and kind to talk to. Would definitely 100% recommend heatpac to anyone that needs cavity wall. Thanks again for your hard work.

Mess left!

My neighbour got some cavity insulation done with this company and one would think I had the work done judging by the mess on my drive and front door , dust , rock wool etc rang the company to be informed that someone would come and tidy the mess but still left so sorted it myself . Very unprofessional and not a good advert for the company less than impressed!

Shocking service

The management, organisation skills & communication of this company is a shambles. We was let down on several occasions, with the manage blaming everyone except heatpac. We had to do all the chasing to get the work carried out. The only reason we've given a two star rating is because the team that did the extraction work - they were absolutely brilliant & did a cracking job - they deserve a 5 star. But sadly the lads are let down by an incompetent management team. Just an update to your response - it's strange how you can reply instantly to a review, but not direct to your customer’s & yet again that's for not letting us know the scaffolding was being removed today - unbelievable.
