What customers say on
We chose RH for the design and installation for the significant upgrade to our heating/hot water system, to make it more sustainable. We were very impressed right from the initial consult, through to the final installation, and the post installation support has been truly excellent. The upgrades included, an 8Kw ASHP, a solar array, plus battery storage, all spliced in to existing under floor heating and oil boiler. The new system is now so efficient we hardly use any oil at all. Highly recommend them.
Following a lightning strike, we needed a new heat pump, immersion heater and full electrical check. Work carried out quickly and efficiently. Everyone friendly and helpful, as has always been our experience with this company. Would recommend
Don't expect any after-sales service from this company. A piece of the staircase they installed broke, and they wouldn't send me the drawings to organise the replacement despite four phone calls and an email. Avoid.
Had a heat pump installed after sales service appalling
Dangerous driver cut up badly, can't recommend using this company on that basis alone.
