We had solar panels and a battery installed by Everyone’s Energy. All now working really well. The company were excellent communicators, their teams were well organised and arrived on the set dates. The work was completed quickly and tidily, despite the unique challenges of our property, which is almost three floors in height at the back. Any concerns we had after the initial completion were dealt with quickly and then followed up.

Very friendly , helpful staff over the entire process from quote to install of my Sigenergy system and post install. At every step my questions were answered quickly, professionally, without fuss and to my satisfaction. They carried out a physical survey to correctly calculate the number of panels ( 13 panels on two roofs) and best position for the 8kW inverter, 9 kw battery and gateway that was best for my needs and home. All that made and making my decision to choose Everyone's' Energy as my supplier and installer a simple one, with the full confidence in having a smooth and successful install and a company that will support my system in the future years. Had a solar and battery system installed by Everyone's Energy in July 2025 and couldn’t be happier with the result. Requirements were the installation needed to be neat and tidy with minimum wires making the house look messy (wife’s criteria), and minimum internal disruption, i.e. no ceilings being ripped out of the living room etc. I wanted a decent sized solar array in neat black panels, a decent sized battery and home backup abilities – largely because I wouldn’t want to be in a power cut with a full battery which I’m unable to use. I’d previously tried Octopus Energy and had wanted to buy a Tesla system off them as met most requirements, largely because of the 0% finance they offered. In short they were awful – they clearly go for the lower end of the market and have their own specific rules about not lifting floorboards and similar – get the impression they’re really targeting the easy jobs. Got all the way to installation date when from ground level one of their team said they suspected asbestos in a 2009 extension soffit due to some dirt around an extractor fan, so team had to pack up and go home. Wouldn’t listen to a word I said or the asbestos expert I managed to get on the phone saying there’s no way it could be asbestos and their “diagnosis” didn’t make any sense. Seemed they wanted to clock off on a Friday. I told Octopus to get the scaffolding down asap as I was cancelling immediately. Awful company made up of disillusioned subcontractors – have heard other horror stories since. Everyone’s Energy couldn’t have been more different. After discussing what I wanted they recommended the Sigenergy system, which I much preferred to the previous Tesla proposal and has all the same functionality with the additional home gateway module. Plus it’s more future-proof and flexible, and I ended up going for a larger capacity (two 8KWh batteries in a stack). They were also much more proactive in suggesting different cable routes and equipment positioning – Luke came and did measurements and came up with an initial proposal, and an electrician (who would actually be the one doing the instal) came and did his own survey, which resulted in some adjustments which I was very happy with. Scaffolding went up in a morning and the installation happened soon after. Some problems on the day as measurements were slightly off and one panel couldn’t fit, but the instal team were brilliant. Electrician had a harder time of it as the fuse board is awkwardly placed but he managed in the end, and he had to wait a while for some additional materials to be delivered. Throughout they kept me in the loop on what was going on – both the onsite team and I could always call Madison at their offices who was happy to help. System was activated at 1pm on a Friday and since then I haven’t paid a penny for electricity usage! Generates more than we can use even on a very cloudy day and battery powers the house in evenings and overnight. Can’t wait to get final paperwork so I can set up the export tariff! Overall couldn’t recommend the company more, team were responsive and proactive and really cared about delivery, and fully took on board what we’d discussed we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future either when expanding the system if needed or putting in an EV charger at a later date.

A real pleasure to work with from start…

A real pleasure to work with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and any snags were rectified really quickly. The contractors on site for the installation were very friendly, professional and helpful. Being a building open to the public, they were accommodating to our needs and those of our users, especially children. Really pleased with the outcome, and the App provided is really simple to use. A very happy customer.

In an industry full of cowboys, this is an excellent company with helpful staff and we recommend them highly.

Ours was not an easy install because the house was extended years ago leaving us with three sections of south facing roof with only a north facing roof as an alternative. Getting quotes is relatively easy as companies can use satellite imaging but selecting a company is much harder. Optimising the number of panels on the roofspace is key and several companies got this seriously wrong. Everyone's Energy was one of three companies that we looked at seriously. Luke came to do the initial survey and design. I found him helpful, friendly and with no hard sell. He took a range of photos including our garage and roof space and used a drone to get some aerial photos. We decided to proceed with Everyone’s Energy and were not disappointed Their organisation was excellent. The scaffolding and hardware delivery was efficient and to schedule. On the day of the install, the roofers found some problems with our roof which prevented them going ahead. Everyone’s Energy was patient with us and left the scaffolding in place whilst we got the repairs done. A friend had a similar problem and had to pay twice for scaffolding. With the roof fixed, the installation went well. The electricians made a neat install of the inverter and battery in our garage exactly where I wanted in order to fit around my bikes! The roofers made a good job of the panels on the roof. After the install, the scaffolding was taken down promptly and all the rubbish was collected. Everyone’s Energy operates a referral scheme and we did refer someone who went on to use them. We were therefore entitled to a small refund but this took well over a month and too many phone calls. It was quite frustrating, given how efficient everything else was. We are very pleased with our system. It is generating power and although we have had a lot of grey days, we have already seen a reduction on our bills.

Our solar system was installed just over a year ago now and we remain very impressed with the continued excellent service we have received from Everyone's Energy. The installation was carried out on time and to schedule. Their follow-up service has been excellent. Highly recommended!
