Ali and his team were spot on - we couldn’t have asked for a better job! We had a wall knocked down to make an open plan space downstairs which involved plastering, new lighting, new flooring and new oak beams installed. Everyone has commented on how beautiful it looks and the process was smooth from start to finish. It was also a lot quicker than we thought it would be and were so pleased The Build Directory worked to our timeline for Christmas! It all worked out perfectly, thanks so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OUTSTANDING! in every way possible I live and care for my Mam who is disabled and life dream has always been to have a conservatory, well these guys have made her dream come true & has already started to change her life for the better. Just to see her face light up and be so happy is priceless & I can not express my gratitude enough. This has been such an emotional journey for us and can not explain in words how happy we are. From the first introduction right through to completion these guys are truly amazing, they care about us the customer and go above and beyond to make it just perfect, there attention to detail is remarkable, they are clean & tidy and do exactly what they say they are going to do & on time & to a very high standard. Best of the Best in the building market

We would not look any where else or recommend anyone else to do any building or improvement works!! Alistair and his team give outstanding service and the highest standards. A small but most caring and professional service at all times. A small company which delivers every time and not just at the time of the build. If they hit problems , they are taken care of no shortcuts or cutting corners . A rare trait to find nowadays. And years later after our build we had an issue , Nothing to do with there build or works but a team was sent out and repaired immediately the next day. Air Conditioning Installation

This is our second Trust Pilot review as we can’t sing The Build Directory’s praises enough! We have had an air conditioning unit fitted by Mark and the electrics done by Dean. From the start, Mark and Dean talked every detail through and ironing out any concerns I may have had. The Team were exceptionally respectful of our home and garden, and on each visit left our home clean and tidy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Alisdair or his wonderful team. We would recommend The Build Directory to anyone who is considering any home renovations.

Excellent

I couldn't recommend the Build Directory highly enough. We were aware of the work the Build Directory had done as they had already completed several extensions and garage conversions on our estate, and we had been encouraged by the positive reviews, and excellent reputation. We had been wanting to make some improvements to our house for many years, but struggled to settle on what to do. After speaking to Alisdair, we came to a decision that couldn't have worked out better, he never put us under any pressure, and really helped us talk through potential options. Their quote was competitive (we received 2 other quotes for the same type of work), and we were particularly pleased by the fact they were able to match the brick of the existing house. We had an extension built onto our kitchen, which gave us the extra space we wanted for our family, this was an Orangery style building, with bi-folding doors onto a new patio. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, friendly, and also very tidy. Building work can be disruptive and messy, but even our neighbours commented how considerate they were on a day to day basis. In what could have been quite a stressful period of time, Alisdair and the team really help to keep things as stress free as possible, largely due to their excellent and regular communication. We couldn't be happier with the work that has been done, I have already recommended the Build Directory to friends and family, and will continue to do so, as the whole process has been as seamless as you could wish for.
