First class job from Oliver, Blake and rest of crew insulating internal walls. Everything explained clearly, cleared up after, and really nice chaps to have in your house for a few days.

I would like to highly commend Nick and Brad for the brilliant job they have done insulating my roof. It was a more complex job than expected but they worked extremely hard to complete the job, we're very courteous and professional. Would also like to thank Jake at head office for keeping me updated on progress and arrangements made for work to be done, always very polite and helpful.

Jordan and Anthony delivered a professional reliable and tidy service. The insulation is like an internal winter coat polished off by glass like plaster improving the original aesthetic. I was also impressed by their kindness and customer service skills; they went the extra mile by assisting the delivery driver with offloading due to my poor health. Finally the said guys were also diplomatic after defusing my landlord by reassuring her that their work methods preparation and risk considerations were fully implanted to ensure a long lasting quality. I would recommend ‘Eco-Giant’ to my friends family and community since the whole treatment has been uplifting.

Where do I start , they do what they want when they want no notice of the work starting or scaffolding going up even tho the First Lady that knocked on the door said oh no they don’t use scaffolding clearly doesn’t have a clue what she’s on about , then saying we need extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen which they never said about also trickle Vents to the windows , then tried to tell me they did tell me about this ,this company is run by Mickey Mouse , when they finished there was many problems with the roof I found no reply to emails rubbish and bits of insulation everywhere ! Left the guttering filled with stones and dirt ,screws all over the garden literally and shocking company , no sign of any guarantee certificate avoid just a cash grab company fleecing the government

Jake and Brad did a great job insulating my roof, very happy with the result! Explained to me the difference and was confident with the work they'd completed. Really friendly and polite and cleaned up all mess after. Thanks very much.

Messy and unfinished

Very unorganized. The guys that came seemed to be tripping over themselves, too many of them there at the same time and not enough space to do the jobs. They got loads of plaster all over my nice painted floorboards because they didn't put enough protection down. Some of my plugs never got wired back in after the insulation. The electrician was meant to come to do them but he never did. Some of the floorboards are very loose and haven't been properly screwed down after they put in the pipes for the central heating. I'm still waiting, three months later, for my MCS certificate for my solar panels to connect them to the grid. I've reminded them a couple of times but they still haven't sent them.

Brad,Billy,Josh, and Ollie where brilliant at their job. They arrived on time ,were very pleasant and answered all our questions before starting the job. The finished roof is excellent. We are so pleased with all the work. Well done lads .

Great service from Brad Nick and Alex

Great service from Brad, Nick and Alex who spent 2 days on my property insulating the roof. They were respectful of my privacy and need to work from home during the whole build, made as little disruption as possible and have done a great job with how the roof looks.

Flat roof insulation and extractor

Nick Brad and Alex completed our flat roof insulation quickly and efficiently. The team were personable and informative, sharing pictures as the work progressed. Additionally Danny and Leo did a great job of installing an extractor in the kitchen. Thanks guys.
