I got a solar system installed a few years ago by another company that was oxford based and unfortunately, i had an issue with my system. My original installer was not interested in making the trip from oxford to repair things sadly but I spoke to Ben from Treadlighter and felt i had come to the right place with a great supportive attitude, great detail on the service on offer, and fair pricing. My issue resolved itself (for now) before the team was able to come around but just wanted to give them a 5* for their excellent support over the phone and email and if my system does require future work, i'd definitely use them.

We had solar panels fitted about 7 years ago by Treadlighter. They have worked perfectly. The follow-up and aftercare is fantastic. We had a problem with our roof close to the panels. Although it was unrelated to the solar installation, Peter resolved the problem. Very impressive. Highly recommended

I contacted Treadlighter having seen them recommended highly on an independent Solar experts review board. Guy initially handled my enquiry in a very straight forward and thorough manner. At every step of the way, the Team were on hand to answer questions and approach each phase from Survey, Proposal, Site Prep, Installation to Commissioning with due care and explanation. I was really in a tight spot having had another Contractor let me down. Treadlighter did everything they could to go the extra mile with courteous site team and great quality product and service. I fully recommend them as expert suppliers, fitters and project managers. Thanks

Had this company installing a PV system…

Had this company installing a PV system at my house and nearly two months from system commissioning the battery system is still not working . Not sure their engineers know what they are doing either especially that few came to try and fix the issue and still haven`t resolved the problem . Really frustrating experience .
