I engaged Alex and Will for several electrical tasks, including replacing faulty light switches, installing additional power sockets with USB ports, replacing ceiling-mounted bulbs in the bathroom, removing old TV aerial sockets, and adding new ethernet ports. The work took most of the day, and they provided ample notice when the power needed to be turned off. One issue arose when one of the two upstairs ethernet ports only reached 90Mbps on standard M-Lab tests, while the other port and Wi-Fi exceeded 500Mbps. Alex quickly identified the problem as being with the external Cat6E cables, which were promptly replaced and tested. Now, both ports are achieving 900Mbps. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work, courtesy, and cleanliness. We plan to hire them again for additional projects in the coming weeks. I highly recommend Imperial Electrical.
