We recently had a solar system installed by Blue Sky Energy, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. As it’s a big purchase, I had lots of questions before going ahead — some very detailed and technical — and Robin was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to every concern and explain everything clearly. He never made me feel rushed or that my questions were too much, and he answered everything honestly. His guidance really gave us confidence that we were making the right decision, not only in purchasing a solar system but also in choosing Blue Sky Energy. Communication throughout the process was seamless, and everything went exactly as planned. On installation day, the fitters were fantastic — professional, friendly, and worked extremely hard. The workmanship was outstanding, and they left everything clean and tidy once the job was complete. I can't recommend Blue Sky highly enough. They were friendly and helpful, not salesy in any way. Answered all my questions (and I asked a lot) and continue to help and offer advice on getting the most of my install for my circumstances. I have solar panels, batteries and they also upgraded me to a Zappi Glo charger so I can charge the car using excess solar. Robin called me several times before during and after the install to make sure everything was going to plan and to keep me informed about the process.
