It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Solargen energy. From first meeting, through installation to aftercare service, nothing is too much trouble. Work was completed to a high standard and the team worked and communicated well with our builders who were installing a new roof. Would highly recommend.

Installation has just been completed & we are delighted with both the product & the process. Every stage was efficient & hassle free and a big thanks to Anthony & Josh for their great service & expertise.

Had an engineer check my property on behalf of Places for People, afterwards they said that an electrical line needed to be replaced, twice I arranged an appointment for someone to come and fix it, i took time off work, and nobody came. I got frustrated and raised a complaint with my landlord, because every time I called Solargen they arranged an appointment but never arrived.

Excellent work by Anthony. He solved problems with my solar panel system within a hour . Previous company that were responsible couldn't sort it after multiple visits over a 2year period.

When fitted a few broken tiles had to get roofer in, they paid. A few more broke over time costing a lot & was mount tension on slates said roofers. Products lasted well but then faulty told need company to claim but they had gone and changed number so warranty not worth anything. Then found they was still about so phoned to ask for help & or new Fronius invertor and was told would get back.... Never did.
