Our search for an electrician has been really hard! No responses and no quotes returned from multiple tradespeople. Sarah was fantastic at contacting me, was flexible with fitting me in and was great with communication. We have a house that has old and rather unusual wiring - this has stumped other less experienced electricians. Sarah came up with a plan which was cost considerate and sensible, she was transparent and honest about the job. Sarah kept me informed of the changes to the plan we’d discussed and completed a job that wasn’t straight forward. Great services, can’t fault it. Will 100% be using her services in the future, 5 star recommendation from me!

She kept me informed when she was going to be slightly later than originally planned and she worked in a very tidy and unobtrusive way. Having got myself in a DIY pickle, Sarah came to my rescue! Called her on a Saturday afternoon and she came over within a few hours! Incredible service, great communication and clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. Sarah's charge was also extremely reasonable considering that it was a weekend call out - many other electricians would have named their price! Very responsive to request to review issue with light in overhead extractor fan. Assessed and ascertained problem, agreed together that repair of fitting would be better for environment than replacement of whole unit. Arranged further appointment and fixed in good time.
