Assessed job remotely, therefore a major issue was detected after solar panels were installed preventing them being used. Didn't have a permit to raise scaffolding on the public footpath so the first day they showed up nothing could be done. No mention of bird-proofing, which after 20+ pigeons moved in we found out about the hard way. Because of the nature of our roof, had to get scaffolding back in to enable the bird proof net installing (£££). Then after everything was finally looking good, the big expensive battery had been left so long without being charged that it wouldn't start up. It is now a very expensive dead weight. Everyone i've asked including the manufacturer has said the problem should be dealt with by your installer (special high voltage charging cables required), but after chasing for a year now Solar4Buisiness still haven't done anything other than fob me off.
