From initial contact to the completion of our work Wall Lag have provided us with excellent service. Patrick listened to us as customers and our wants. He put in place a team of plumbers led by Jimmy, a man who knows heating systems inside out, who makes sure the work completed is to a high standard. Jimmy also shows his patience with a team of apprentices, allowing to build their careers. Added to this all the workmen (and Ellie!) were a delight to have in the house. They all have a determined work ethic, but are always willing for a quick chat and to answer my many, at times ridiculous, questions! We are impressed with the efficiency of installing a whole new ASHP heating system. Also, how they managed to start work so quickly for us when we were in desperate need! Wall Lag responded to any minor issues we had with solutions and have turned up to resolve minor running issues within 30 minutes of a call! I can’t fault the service, professionalism and end product. I would highly recommend giving Wall Lag a call if you are considering installing a new heating system and if possible ask for Jimmy to complete the work!

Avoid this company at all costs. We spent around £30,000 with Wall Lag and were left with faulty equipment that they refuse to put right. They do not honour their warranties, they install equipment that is unsuitable for the property (a fact that has since been verified by the ombudsman), and they repeatedly try to demand additional money to fix their own mistakes. This is not just poor service – it’s deeply dishonest. When you pay this kind of money, you expect quality, accountability, and professionalism. Instead, you get cowboys who leave you worse off than when you started. I cannot stress this enough: do not trust Wall Lag. Do whatever you can to avoid them.
