Creative Energy installed over 100 EV charging points across our various sites and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The installations ran smoothly, and their support in securing a 90% government OZEV grant contribution was a huge advantage.

We hired Creative Energy to install EV charging points for our schools. We had over 100 charging points installed in total. We had £250,000 worth of work completed and by utilising the government grant as a trust we contributed only £15,000 towards the project. We are very pleased Creative Energy managed to fit the installation in before the grant deadline!

I had solar panels, a battery system, and a heat pump installed, along with new radiators. Unfortunately, the heating requirements for the rooms were not properly calculated, and the radiators installed do not adequately heat the house. As a result, the heat pump is extremely expensive to run in the winter, and the batteries (which Zeb recommended) barely last a morning on colder days. Overall, the setup does not perform as promised. When advising on equipment, Zeb gave me very limited heat pump options and simply stated that LG was the best choice. After doing my own research post-installation, I feel I should have been given a broader range of recommendations and a more balanced view of available products. They also failed to anticipate that a 5-bed detached home with no gas supply would need more than 3 kWh at peak demand, the limit of the inverter they installed. This oversight highlights a lack of experience in this area, and the resulting system is far from efficient. Additionally, my father, who also used their services, recently received an email from Zeb describing him as anxious and confused about their product. This is not the level of professionalism or customer communication I would expect from any company. Strongly advise against using them

With limited options on where to place my heat pump, they thought outside of the box on how to make the installation clean and how to keep the pipework as hidden away as possible. My house is now nice and toasty at all times and my energy bills are about a third of what they used to be. I would have no hesitation in recommending Creative Energy to anyone looking to install a heat pump.

I highly recommend Creative Energy. We have waited to review Creative Energy to allow us time to review the experience of living with a complete renewable home. The system was a significant outlay but worth every penny, we are now 100% renewable and our running costs have dropped by 80% The system is very user friendly and Zeb has been on hand to guide us through. Would definitely recommend them.

Zeb and team did and a great job installing a heat pump, solar and battery system. They really went above and beyond in 3 aspects - working together with our builder as we had building works ongoing during the install, - squeezing the plant room/water tank into a very tight space, and helping to track down a longstanding issue we had with loft radiators that were not working.

It has been faultless and has enabled us to remove the gas supply to our house.
