Nice people doing a good job

Really nice people who did a really good job - no complaints. We even had an issue where our neighbours were away for a few weeks and only found out on the day. The Arrow guys did 3 of our 4 walls and agreed to come back when the neighbours returned, and didn’t charge extra. They were nice, attentive, and left the area clean. Would use again :)

David came to my house to look at cavity wall insulation, he advised I needed to install a PMEV instead of cavity wall to deal with mould. He was ever so helpful and has saved me a lot of money by being truthful and not trying the hard sell like others. If I were to do cavity wall in the future I’d use these guys as they seem super switched on. Thank you.

From start to finish all ran smoothly. The surveyor Matthew arrived on time and was both professional and courteous, as were the office staff in organising the works to be carried out. Both Gavin and Charlie who did the cavity wall extraction worked extremely hard and carried out the works to a high standard. All in all a job well done. Would definitely recommend.

Sean and his team made two visits. They took about a day to remove the old insulation, then asked me to inspect the inside of the walls and all the work they had done to make sure I was happy. They refilled the walls in a couple of hours on another day and again asked me to inspect the work. They were a very likeable and friendly team and cleaned up well on both occasions.

Careful, Thorough Job Extracting Old Cavity Wall

Dan, Shaun and Fred did a great job extracting the old fluffy cavity insulation. You could see all the old stuff coming out down the hoses and they showed me the clean cavities with a camera. Cleaned up after, including replacing old air bricks very neatly. Very pleased.

Arrow Solar - Quick, Efficient and Attentive

Craig and the team at Arrow were quick, efficient, and attentive at every stage of our solar/battery installation on our slate roof house. The quote we received was competitive to others we were offered and there was no 'hard sell'. We are absolutely delighted with the performance of our new PV system and would highly recommend Arrow.

This company is fantastic. I contacted them by email because I wanted to get some advice and a quote for cavity wall insulation extraction. Andrew responded promptly and his advice was very comprehensive. They came out to do a site survey to provide the quote, were on time and the surveyor Matthew was extremely knowledgeable. The quote came through the same day. It seems fair and reasonable for the work involved. Highly recommend

Cavity wall insulation

We were very pleased with the customer service. Our questions were answered promptly. The work was carried out at a time to suit us. The team cleared up well. It is too early to say yet whether the new insulation is effective but we assume it will be.

Great as long as there isn't an issue

I hired Arrow to remove old existing cavity insulation and install new. To remove the old they drill holes at the top of the wall cavity, remove a brick at the bottom then insert a high pressure air pump in the top hole to break up the insulation. Unfortunately they drilled a hole in my chimney flue, and airblasted the chimney into my office, covering all my office equipment in soot. After spending 10 hours trying to remove all the soot, and therefore the smell, I gave up and fully redecorated the room, replacing some of the furniture and the carpet. Arrow apologised for the error and said they would talk to their people to try and avoid it happening again - this was of little use to me.

Not the first time we have used this firm. Great service, arrived on time and were efficient in getting the job done. The previous job sorted our cold/damp issues hence us using them again.

Arrow are knowledgable

Arrow are knowledgable, reliable and have high-quality, friendly installers. I can recommend them for cavity wall insulation removal and replacement.

Responsive, reasonably priced, and efficient completion.

Quickly responded and came out to survey the property at no cost and provide a quote for the work. Quote was very competitive versus other suppliers, and provided us with peace of mind that the the work would be completed to a professional standard by the way they engaged. The work was booked over 2 days (Friday and then the Monday as needed removal of old insultation), however they called a week before and moved the date up and were able to complete the work in 1 day. They arrived on site at 8am sharp, quickly assessing the site and setting up. The removal of the old insulation was a loud process, however was completed within an hour or two. It didn't create too much mess, just where the brickwork had gaps (e.g. garage where the gas pipes came through some of the old insulation was blown through - 2 mins with the hoover sorted it). The filling was a quick process, and the team were off site by about 1pm. Already several days later we can notice the ability for the house to retain heat is much better.

This company do a good job in a friendly efficient way. I would've given top marks except the surveyor did not make it clear enough just HOW MUCH old debris would float into the rooms specifically the loft and kitchen. We would've covered more items with sheets or tarpaulins been more prepared it was a very very dusty job. Even though they cleaned up twice now, we still need to be careful moving items in the loft. They are still covered.

The person who came to survey the property was very knowledgable & showed me camera pictures of the failed cavity insulation & talked through process to rectify with new insulation. were given a quote & times which i accepted & all went smoothly.

Fantastic service from start to finish . Very helpful and knowledgable staff. The cavity wall extraction was carried out professionally and a lot of care was taken by the team . Dan and Sean were punctual, polite and took care whilst inside and outside my house. They tidied after themselves at all times. I highly recommend this company.

We have a detached 1950’s bungalow that was always cold. Arrow were very thorough and helpful in explaining what they could do to help. Did a good quick job and helped me do some prep as I didn't have much notice as they offered me a next day cancellation. Had a few leaks of polystyrene balls but we got it sorted! Holes were plugged pretty well.

Arrow have been totally professional from start to finish of the process. Scott provided an in-depth and clearly understood, value for money quote. He arranged a timescale to fit in with our availability. The scaffolders were quick to install making a safe and tidy installation and have advised the date of removal too. Rob the electrician was friendly and professional working in a clean and tidy manner showing respect to our home at all times. All components are of high quality and installed in a neat and tidy manner very pleasing to the eye.The Solar panel fitting team also carried out the installation in good time and in a tidy manner. Both Scott and Rob have supported us with the workings of the apps and advice for the future tariff choice which will provide us with the best returns from the grid payments. We have a 1960’s bungalow that always felt cold and damp and discovered that the cavity wall insulation was the poorly filled woollen fibre type. Looking for a local Dorset-based business that came with good reviews we came across Arrow that provided both the extraction and fill service we needed. Matthew first came out to survey the cavities and was very thorough and helpful in explaining the situation and what Arrow could do to help, and swiftly followed up with a quote for the works. No pressurised selling. Carly in the office was really helpful in arranging the works that would take place over two days, with the extraction team having to go about their business on a day when it poured with rain all day. How they stayed smiling and cheerful all day was beyond me. The cavity fill team the next day were as professional as the team before and left our property clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Arrow and our property now feels warmer and drier as a consequence of their hard work.

Arrow insulation are very very good at what they do. They are nice to deal with, very resonably priced, knowledgable and the guys (Shaun and Dan) on site were aslo super nice and did more work than they were contracted to. (They fixed my roof as they had long ladders). We need more businesses as good as Arrow Insulation!

The whole Arrow team were professional and efficient from the initial contact, the site survey and installation. The survey team were quick to come out and explained everything in detail with no pressure to continue. The installation team of Sean and Lee were very professional, tidy and efficient. Professional and friendly from start to finish. I had delayed getting my cavity wall filled for years due to all the horror stories but after a lot of research of cavity wall fill materials, best suppliers etc decided to go with Arrow Insulation. Initial survey was arranged promptly, everything was explained to me on the day, shortly thereafter received quote with insultation survey results (including predicted heat loss improvements etc). Install was speedy and painless (Thanks Dan & Frank) ie all done in just over 2 hours and the guys cleaned up afterwards ensuring all holes where filled with matching mortar. Arrow insulation fitted cavity wall insulation for us last week. The team who fitted the insulation were kind and answered any questions. They completed the installation quickly and to a high standard. The insulation made a huge difference straight away. Our home now heats up much quicker and holds the heat for most of the day. To make things even better, the price was extremely good too. I can't comment on the longevity of the insulation since it's only just been put in, but so far so good.
