Great experience from start to finish. From initial consultations and quoting though to installation, I received a top quality service. The installation was more complex than normal but the team did a fantastic job and I'm very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend.

There were some issues with the supplier of the charger sending it to Insight, but once these had been resolved the installation went very well and was executed with the minimum of disruption. The charger is a nice compact unit and I am pleased with how things went.

The whole experience from start to finish has been so good, The scaffolders that Insight Energy use were brilliant, the roofers were so good and worked so hard, it was a long day for them as they had traffic problems and arrived later than they thought and the technical people from Insight again worked hard and solved any little problems that arose quickly. No stress!

Obviously all the reviews are fake for this company. Never have I had to deal with such diabolical customer service, it's basically no existent. They're just another 3rd party company sucking money out of struggling consumers, there's literally no need for them. I detest then in every way possible.

First rate service, Elliott was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions. The installation team were very professional and polite. Very pleased with the wall charger and would recommend to anyone considering getting one fitted.

I had a wonderful chat with Stephen aka Steve as he said he likes to be called. He was very helpful didn't leave me on hold for long and was very quick with dealing with my problem. I only hope to get him on call the next time i phone up.

I highly recommend using Insight Energy for supplying your EV charger unit. From the initial enquiry onwards the team were extremely professional and answered all questions making selecting the unit easy. The team who fitted the unit talked me through what was going to happen and the quality of the install both externally and internally was at an exceptionally high standard. 5* company who provide exceptional customer service.

EV Charger install

Kristian gave me some great advice about an EV charger and install. Price was fair and he took the time to explain what made their quote superior to others to justify a slightly higher price which I was happy to pay. His team came out as arranged and did a great job on the install, no mess and even worked around items in the garage and loft. All certs sent by email and details of logins etc for the charger.

Insight Energy installed an EV charger at my home and they were really good excellent at all stages of the project. Communication was perfect with their MD, Kristian, before and after the install. He is a very proactive business minded person, which is great. The team that did the installation was very friendly and did exactly what I wanted, with a very neat result (no visible cable from outside). They did a very professional job and I will use them again in the future.

So following on from my Car Charger being installed, the Team at Insight Energy been back and have now completed my off grid energy system. Again, Kristian and Gary have been fantastic throughout the whole process, helping me with the design, understanding how we can maximise the investment, what the payback profile looks like and the systems/technology I should opt for. They kept me fully updated with the ordering and delivery process (as we all navigate the global shortage of electronics) - ready for D-Day. The scaffolders, Roofers and the Insight Energy team who all worked on installing the Solar Panels, Batteries, Eddi and associated hardware have been so professional and helpful they have show us what 5 star service really looks like. I cannot thank the team enough and can highly recommend them to anyone thinking about switching to renewable energy or getting a car charger installed for both domestic and business.

Insight quoted via myenergi and were competitive with the other quotes provided. WRT the actual appointment, i was kept informed ahead of the date and the team turned up promptly. The cable route was discussed and they were very accommodating regards keeping cables hidden. Work was carried out efficiently and neatly with the device/app set up. Would recommend.

Kristian and the team came recommended to us at Haydn Jacks Lettings through Chris at Inchcape BMW in Ipswich. We were given sound advice on chargers (we chose Easee) and we booked the install date. It's now installed, looking great and already my staff are charging their cars. I just have to wait for my own EV to turn up now.

Insight Energy, via Kristian Day, was professional and very helpful right from the start, giving good advice and guidance to a rank novice joining the world of BEV's.
