Indigo was great - I messaged in the evening and by the morning I had an email from Linda asking for some pictures, and then a call shortly after by Mark (engineer) to help advise on next steps. He was really helpful and was able to come out the following morning. Really helpful and kind guy - wouldn't hesitate to recommend him/Indigo. I am really happy and impressed with the service

Great Service from first phone call to completion of works. We already had panels but they failed, They were replaced by the manufacturer under warranty, Daryl took old panels down and installed new replacements, also he installed bird protection, excellent job done, he was always available for advise, as was Linda in the office. Would highly recommend this company.

When my 13 year old solar PV system stopped generating electricity, I wasn't sure where to turn. Indigo appeared in my search for local Solar services, and the reviews were all 5*, so I gave them a call. I couldn't have been more impressed, Linda, the Business Manager was friendly and helpful, Mark called me later to discuss the issue and came out quickly to assess the problem. Within a week Daryl had been to fit a new inverter and I was back up and running. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable service from all those I dealt with. Competitive pricing and first class service. Restored my faith in local tradesmen. I unhesitatingly recommend Indigo.

Mark came out to assess the situation promptly. He helped us with every stage of setting up a new gateway account. The replacement device was fitted with a week. We are confident that we can rely on him should we have any further problems with the solar panels

Indigo Energy fitted bird-proofing mesh to our solar panels. From the initial enquiry through to installation they were easy to deal with, provided a clear explanation of the service, and quickly sent a quote. Arrived to fit the mesh and did an excellent job - exactly what we had been looking for. Fast, friendly service, would use again, and thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant experience using Indigo for my solar and battery installation. Service has been above and beyond. Daryl and Mark were incredibly patient with a tricky install and easy to contact regarding any post install questions. I have had quite a lot of work done during the refurbishment of my home and Indigo have been the best company I have used by miles. Superb from start to finish -- provided excellent information and a great value quote. When contracted to complete the work all administration was taken care of by Linda, and we were kept fully informed of the project timeline. Darryl and Mark, who installed panels and batteries, arrived when they said they would, were considerate, friendly and efficient. Aftercare service was also very good, helping us with completion of forms so we could sell back to the grid. Have already recommended Indigo to family and friends.

I was a bit nervous about getting solar, I had no idea what I needed and I'd read some horror stories about bad installers... In the end, it's work out great - I just had team at Indigo install solar panels, and inverter and battery at mine, also some electrical prep work. I'm very happy with the result. We'd been having problems with a malfunctioning inverter for a while. I phoned Indigo and spoke to Mark who was actually busy on a job, but he took the time to talk to me about the problem. The following day his colleague Daryl turned up and immediately diagnosed that we needed a new inverter, which he fitted during the same visit. Both these guys were extremely courteous and professional, and I have no hesitation in offering my highest recommendation!

I was experiencing problems with my Solar Panels and spoke to the original installation company who proved to be useless, I googled other companies and found Indigo, within 4 minutes of sending an email Linda had replied and said someone would be in touch imminently to discuss the problem... I was then contacted and it was suggested the Inverter had failed and that they could come out on Saturday (even better as I work Mon-Fri) and replace it. Mark turned up on time, was very courteous and respectful and took time in explaining what the problem was and how it could be fixed, a new inverter was installed at the same time as the appointment and within an hour I was back up and running again. Top service all round, no hesitation in using Indigo Energy again. Thanks!

Indigo were not our installers but we recently had them out to fix an issue with the batteries not charging. They turned up on time, completed the work quickly and explained exactly what the issues were and how they had been fixed. We’ll definitely call again if we have any further issues.

Fantastic services fast install and the best price, used all of the roof and the response to all queries was fast. It all made it an easy experience and one that I would recommend.i would shear photos but it's on the third floor so bit hi.😃
