Mark and his team have been amazing! I recently had solar panels and a battery installed at my property, and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I obtained a few quotes from different companies, but it was an easy choice to go with Green Energy — their knowledge, transparency, and customer service really stood out. The installation team was punctual, tidy, and completed everything to a very high standard. Mark kept me informed throughout, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I’ve already started seeing the benefits, and I’m really pleased with the overall result. I would highly recommend Green Energy to anyone thinking about getting solar panels or a battery system — they truly deliver excellent service and great value for money!

Fantastic from start to finish. The whole process was made so easy, a quick and fair quote, Installation was within a month, the fitters were first class, careful, clean and tidy and the after care has been very much hands on. I would do this all over again and fully recommend this company. Plus the solar results have been beyond expectations. Easy to manage with the app provided. Leaves you in control of your own energy. 5 star!!

My solar panels failed to generate. I called Gee yesterday, an engineer arrived this morning and completed a full diagnosis. Fault discovered, new inverter fitted and panels cleaned today. I’m now generating again and well impressed with the high standard, super fast service from Gee, thanks very much guys.

Highly recommended. We had a solar system installed two years ago, and the installation and associated work went extremely well, with excellent communication, speedy and tidy work, fantastic aftercare and continuing support including lots of good advice on how to get the best out of the home battery. An extra star to GEE Ltd for being the only installer who suggested pigeon netting and installed it at the same time (and we most definitely needed pigeon netting!), when everyone else who quoted told us we would have to arrange that separately. Recently we had them back to add further panels to the facade, which turned out to be slightly tricky but the guys went above and beyond to figure it out and do it in record time. They also managed to persuade the DNO that no further application was needed. Thank you, GEE Ltd for consistently excellent work!

I stumbled across Green Energy Electrical by chance and I’m so pleased I did. They installed a storage battery, new invertor and a new bi-directional meter linked to my existing solar panels. Customer service was spot on. Great communication before, during and after the install. Without fail they responded very quickly and clearly to my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble. In my experience, customer service as good as this is very rare these days. I was also delighted with the quality of the install, it looks very neat, and I was pleased with the price I paid which was very competitive. In summary, I found Green Energy Electrical to be a pleasure to deal with and I would use them again without hesitation.

I’ve had to call Mark and the team a few times to sort out my Solar Panel Inverter (Sunny Boy). When they’ve needed to come out, they’ve turned up promptly and quickly solved the problem. They’ve even suggested efficiencies with my system. This morning Mark gave me advice over the phone which meant there was no charge and my problem was solved super quick! Fantastic Professional and Knowledgable!

Great experience. From first making contact with GEE to discuss solar options through to completion of the installation the whole process has been simple and speedy. GEE offer a complete integrated package with everything working seamlessly. The team that installed all of the kit were a pleasure to work with. I've have no problem recommending these guys if you are interested in a green energy solution.

Brilliant service! Inverter "died" on a Sunday, emailed GEE same day and they sent out someone the following day to diagnose problem. Really knowledgeable engineers who offered great advice. New inverter and batteries fitted 2.5 weeks later! Great customer service, keeping us informed at all stages of the process. Also offered great advice regarding the possible scammers who call to offer "free" checks of solar system - they're actually only trying to sell you more equipment. Green Energy Electrical Ltd are professional, efficient, honest and approachable. We had a fault with our solar panels and they came the same day to take a look. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and explained the fault in detail and what was done to rectify it. I am extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

Very pleased with my new Solar Edge system installed by GEE. Great communication with Mark and the installers Ricky and Tony talked us through all the process when working at the house. They were friendly, polite and considerate workers leaving no mess at all behind after the install. They also took the time to explain how to use the equipment and the iphone App. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality and reliable Solar installation.

From the insight and helpful initial survey to a tidy completion, it was a seamless operation in all areas. Mark was on hand whenever I had any questions or queries, which were dealt with straight away or a call back. It was good to be in the picture at all times. The after sales service of this company is excellent. Nothing is to much trouble. When I’ve called for various reasons the connection is quick and my enquiries are dealt with, whether technical or simple. This company really does look after you.

The company that installed our solar panels had gone out of business and by chance we 'found' Green Energy Electrical when searching on google. Thank goodness we did! They came out very quickly to ascertain the problem and within a week or so we had a new inverter fitted, the panels cleaned professionally and we were back up and running. Everything was explained to us in a way we could understand, the staff were helpful and friendly and the guy who did the installation even took his shoes off at the door. One very happy customer and would certainly recommend.

Overall a great company and Mark is just so helpful, considerate and good at what he does. We had an excellent experience, they are on time, tidy and so easy to deal with. Mark was so kind to allow us to use their scaffolding after they had finished as I had some other work done at the same time. If you are thinking of anything solar don't look any further, these guys are the best and also much more reasonably priced than others I found. 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need to in the future.

Very helpful company. Even though they are the other side of the country to us Mark was super helpful over the telephone when I phoned for help about an inverter problem. He gave me really useful advice and a guideline price to make sure we weren’t being ripped off. Sure enough one company quoted in excess of £2000 but thanks to Mark’s advice we were able to avoid that rip off. He searched for some local installers. My experience has been very positive and if we had been local I would have been more than happy to use them.

Having twice been let down by a national supplier, I switched to Green Energy Electrical to install my solar panels, and I could not have been happier with their service. Their pricing was good, but more importantly their communication with us was excellent and kept us informed both throughout the process and also afterwards to check that everything was OK. They always responded to my emails within a matter of hours. They explained everything clearly, and at no point tried to up-sell or add on additional charges for every little thing. They turned up exactly when they said they would for both the initial survey and the installation. They even helped complete my FIT application form with all the relevant details. Since then, my new solar panels have been performing excellently despite the somewhat cloudy weather so far.

We have just completed our 17th solar panel install with Green Energy Electrical and as always, we have found it an excellent experience. Daniel and his team provide excellent customer service from the moment we start to think about our next project to the aftercare that we receive once the install has been completed. We find their quotes to be clear and fair, their surveys are very thorough and their workmanship to be of the highest level. Good customer service is always a top priority for them and they are happy to work around us and our customers, and work out of normal working hours, including weekends, if necessary. Even once we have settled our final bill, Daniel and his team are always happy to answer any questions that we may have. Green Energy Electrical do a variety of work with us from regular day to day electrical works, fixed wire testing and annual maintenance checks as well as a variety of project work such as sub-metering works, solar panel installs and replacing existing light with more energy efficient solutions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Green Energy Electrical and we look forward to working with them again in the near future.
