Fantastic from start to finish. The whole process was made so easy, a quick and fair quote, Installation was within a month, the fitters were first class, careful, clean and tidy and the after care has been very much hands on. I would do this all over again and fully recommend this company. Plus the solar results have been beyond expectations. Easy to manage with the app provided. I stumbled across Green Energy Electrical by chance and I’m so pleased I did. They installed a storage battery, new invertor and a new bi-directional meter linked to my existing solar panels. Customer service was spot on. Great communication before, during and after the install. Without fail they responded very quickly and clearly to my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble. In my experience, customer service as good as this is very rare these days. I was also delighted with the quality of the install, it looks very neat, and I was pleased with the price I paid which was very competitive. In summary, I found Green Energy Electrical to be a pleasure to deal with and I would use them again without hesitation.
