On 15th January 2026 we suffered a sudden and terminal failure (or at least one that would have been horrendously expensive to repair) of our 10yo NIBE F2040 air source heat pump. Right in the middle of near-zero temperatures. Not good. I immediately contacted our service engineer, Paul (ex-NIBE) and discussed options, the most sensible of which was to have the damaged pump replaced entirely with its modern F2050 counterpart, with the model required being in stock in the UK and complete with a fresh seven year warranty safety net. The alternative was to repair the broken pump with parts only covered by a one year warranty that would take much longer to arrive....and be more expensive than a straight replacement of the entire unit. Hmm...a no brainer, really. Paul then introduced me to Graham at iHeat Ltd as they have a friendship and symbiotic working relationship. A quotation was issued the same day, accepted and subsequently invoiced/paid. Communication was exemplary at all stages. Fast forward to 28th January 2026 and....installation day. Paul and Graham arrived separately early in the morning and after a quick review and a steaming hot drink, set about their work. About three hours, various further hot drinks, a bit of humour and calibration checks later, we were up and running...and hugely relieved. Long and short of it...the cavalry came over the hill and rescued the settlers. Do I recommend iHeat Ltd as a result? You bet your life I do! In a 'patient and doctor' relationship, Graham's (and Paul's) bedside manners were first class, the communication and clarity of 'what happens next' was excellent and the drama never turned into a crisis (to paraphrase an old insurance company advertising strapline). A special mention to Sophia in the office, who provided admirable back up support, including arranging the warranty certificate post-installation. All my neighbours (8 properties) have similar original installations of around the same age. I would have no hesitation in putting them in touch should they be unfortunate enough to suffer any failures with their systems. Graham, Paul and Sophia....I tip my hat to you all.

I have had Graham from Iheat service my heat system for the last 4 years and have found him very professional and always pleasant. Sophia who works in the office very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

We commissioned iHeat to install a new Midea heat pump, all new radiators and some other plumbing work for our newly renovated cottage. Graham and his team did a great job from the initial survey right through to installation and commissioning. We experienced a couple of niggles but to their credit iHeat have quickly rectified them without any quibble. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future for hearing or air conditioning.

Graham and his team installed a new NIbe ground source heat pump , they also installed the underfloor heating for my new extension.. They are a very professional company to deal with. Sophia in the office kept me up to date with the schedule of work which was all completed on time in a professional manner. Thanks.

i-Heat installed my PV system about 3 years ago and I have no regrets at all. The installation was smooth and professional, from the scaffolding to the registration with the electricity Company and everything in between. It has been super-reliable and has dramatically reduced my annual energy bill. I definitely recommend solar and if I was doing it all again, I would definitely be on the phone to i-Heat

We had issues with our GSHP . We spoke to Graham from IHEAT who came out the next day . Within minutes , Graham had diagnosed the issue and set up our GSHP , sorted out a replacement circuit board from NIBE as the system wasn’t working correctly and the whole system is now running extremely efficiently . The service was excellent , the team listened to our requirements and had a very good technical knowledge on the system and its requirements . Thank you very much.

After problems with our air source heating from new (2 yrs) and no help from manufacturer I contacted IHeat and asked they could help. Graham came out found the problem and fixed it, we now have heating that works, up until then I was hating air source, IHeat were great, dedicated to service and customers. Fully recommend IHeat Thank you Graham and all at IHeat wish I had found you sooner, will be staying with them for the future.

!!! DO NOT!!! get your heating/boiler installed by these people, the contractor they used (Kent supreme heating) have damaged our property and iheat have confirmed they are unreachable even though they are still subcontracting Kent supreme heating! Dodgy company and no help or knowledge of you have any issues with an installation company!

Friendly service

I called Iheat to get air pump serviced. I had a very friendly engineer turning up, he showed me how to set up the system for maximum benefit. He than serviced the system including the radiators. I was happy with everything and will use again.

We cannot recommend I Heat enough !!! Installation was excellent and has been running 12 months trouble free.... Graham and John the heating engineers are so knowledgeable about air source heating and solar. Also we are amazed at the low running costs.

A delightful company to deal with. We decided to explore the renewable market based on recommendations and asked 3 companies for quotes. A close neighbour recommended iHeat and we selected them based on a competitive quote, nice design proposal and "local" factor. Excellent time scale from deciding to installation and no hard sell tactics. Dealing with Graham who provided the design, Sophia/Mandy in the office and the installation team of Bradley/John/Jake was ever so easy and enjoyable. We are delighted with the high standard of workmanship, cleanliness and friendly attitudes. All in all delighted. So far so good and on a typical Spring day of sunny intervals we generated 25 kWh and had all the large users (washing machine, tumbler, oven, dish washer) in use and never used the grid nor required it overnight. In addition, a full Hot Water tank by virtue of iBoost reducing the gas bill. Even on a drab day the generation has been impressive. Batteries are King and happy we got a second. Throughly recommend iHeat and will be using them again no doubt when we need an EV charger fitted for our next car.

Excellent experience from the initial request to quote, Site visit, quote to installation of solar system, battery and iboost has been excellent throughout. Explained in detail and a very tidy impressive job which was completed ahead of the timescale.

Wow! Iheat Limited have been brilliant right from the first inquiry, to Bradley's site visit "Twice" and the installation - Faultless. 100% highly recommend for all your solar needed, they have fitted a wonderful system with four batteries to help fight our carbon foot print. Everyone from Iheat has been very professional, helpful and accommodating and the guys on site a pleasure to have around!

Used iHeat for solar panels installation. Really pleased with the service I received - quotation was provided along with a really detailed scheme of works which helped me weigh up pros and cons of installation. Had to wait a little extra for the battery (not iHeat fault as a delay from manufacturer) in the meantime solar panels were installed. Really pleased with the work and the guys were really great with our dog (makes a massive difference). Would definitively recommend iHeat and would use again in the future

We replaced our entire heating and water system as part of extensive renovations in our traditional-style family home. From first contact Graham was highly supportive (we had suffered a major setback with the heating company we started with), knowledgable and very flexible to all of our needs. The Team worked well with other Trades and fitted everything, on time and within budget, as specified. This was in Summer (only three months ago) so too early to comment on running the system until after the winter; but that said, a highly positive experience so far. I must also mention Mandy in the main office, who has been very efficient and helpful throughout.

Been dealing with Graham and the team at iHeat for 3 years with the servicing and some minor standard maintenance on my Dimplex Air-Source Heat Pump and underfloor heating system. The business provided a very professional and quick turnaround in dealing with the above and I am happy to highly recommend this local business to the Shrewsbury & Oswestry areas. Very knowledgeable in providing support for my system. Extremely happy.

What can I say, Iheat saved us alot of hassle and money. Abit of background, We had a nibe heat pump installed by another installer a few years ago who were doing the servicing with the view of building an extension which we were told our current heat pump would suffice to heat the add on rooms after paying for calcs. Turns out the heat loss clacs were wrong and we needed another heat pump, OK fine got one installed from the original installed for a discounted price and free heat loss calcs. Our local installer then went awol and the company they worked for decided to focus on solar only and washed their hands of heat pumps all together. (they have installed many heat pumps in my area with the same engineer.) Annoying but when the time came for servicing we just called the nibe direct to do the servicing. Nibes engineer found many installation faults that needed correcting. He recommended Graham and Iheat, even though they were based miles away. We lost trust in the original supplier. Graham came out to Warwickshire to assess the works. Promptly gave me a quote and were looking at a time to have the works done being so far away. Also turned out we needed to inform ofgem as having a second heat pump affects the RHI allowance. Ofgem wanted additional works carried out with metered installed which would be reviewed with a potentionally financial penalty. Bit of a worry esp as we had premature new born twins in the house and all the stress that goes with it, however Graham was very reassuring and was able to install the additional metering works as required by ofgem sourcing his own trusted electricians. The work carried out was very professional, they had to spend the best part of the day working on the system and even cleaned up after themselves. The system works better than ever before. Paperwork for ofgem was sorted by Graham and Mandy, who were great as ofgem paperwork is a fiddly thing to sort and needed amending and resubmitting. We're still waiting for Ofgems review but we're quietly confident. Very glad Nibe recommend Iheat, put our minds at ease and it was one less thing to worry about. Will definitely use them again for servicing and ongoing maintenance despite the fact they are located far away from Warwickshire because you can't put a price on great service and peace of mind.

iHeat for me

I had some bad experiences with Plumbers and Boilers etc I had a deal with Glow green and it fell through. I found, by chance, iHeat. The price was all inclusive and competitive.On six different deals quoted with Vailant and Worcester Bosch and Viessmann Combi's iHeat came out on top with Viessmann.On the day of installation the engineer had an accident and didnt make it.The next day another outfit came In. However iHeat were a "breath of fresh air" putting things right with their efficient customer service. Great job done by the engineer. And a great Combi
