Brilliant service fixed my solar panel problem within five days great company and service

Fantastic service. Underfloor heating stopped working so phoned up Andy in Tech Support. We worked out the problem and the next day an engineer came out and got it working again. We have had an ASHP and some solar panels, both fitted by EnergyZone, for 4 years now and the service and support has always been great. Panels have worked faultlessly and ASHP teething problems only which have always been resolved quickly. Would thoroughly recommend. 5 stars.

It's always a big decision deciding on an installer for a product like a heat pump. I'm pleased to say Andy and his team did a great job installing it in March 2022. We've just had a small issue with a part on the heat pump and the issue was resolved quickly without a fuss. They say the measure of how good a company is is how they react when there's an issue, and the response from my initial phone call to a new part being ordered, delivered and fitted couldn't have been quicker. Wouldn't hesitate to recommended EnergyZone.

Very pleased with our solar panels! The engineers and electricians were great, and we were happy with how our project was managed overall.

Solar panels, battery and air source heat pump installation all done on time on budget. In fact, better than that - the old central heating system was a mess. Half the system needed repiping - it was done with way less disruption that we had anticipated. Awesome! What a company.

I have extensive experience of the EnergyZone teams work and customer service - I have a Biomass central heating and Photovoltaic power installed and serviced by Andy and his team as well as solar thermal hot water which was in our home (but in parlours condition) when we bought it. The latter was resurrected, repaired and is now serviced by energy zone too. I therefore feel pretty well qualified to wholeheartedly commend them all to you. Everything has been well managed and customer service is literally second to none. I call with a question and 90% of the time it's answered immediately with the rare 10% getting a callback in short order. A++ from me!
