We are pleased that we ignored the false news about Air Source Heat Pumps and contacted the team at Invicta Clean Energy who installed our Solar PV back in 2010. We are now delighted with a12KW NIBE 2040 ASHP which is keeping our Cottage nice and warm. Despite obstacles such as supply chain issues, Covid19 the unit was in and working in time for us to qualify for the grant under the Renewal Heat Incentive. Justin, Connor,and Charlie were working long hours to satisfy customer demands, not just hours so Five Gold Stars for customer service and another set for quality of supplied components. We must also acknowledge the invaluable support from Trudy and Helen.

Very Pleased with our airsource heat pump and solar panels, we are warm and the hot water system is brilliant. We are so glad we made the change, the heat pump is NOT noisy as some our neighbours who used other companies had forecast, so thank you Invicta

From initial scoping of a GSHP to eventually fitting an ASHP, Justin and the team have been on hand to fit in with our rebuild, often at short notice and to fit around other trades. The system is brilliant and gives us all the heat and hot water we could need. The future is definitely here....

Had an air source heat pump and solar thermal system installed last year. It's performing better than expected (I have an old house with a new extension), I'm very happy with the installation and support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Invicta Clean Energy!

So having approached this company for a heating system for a family with disabled persons they just flat out declined did not even give us the opportunity to choose of we wanted to wait until their waiting list cleared enough to get to another client, so this experience will definitely impact on us as there was only 2 companies in our area that would allow a vulnerable family to access a grant for vulnerable people , DISGUSTING so glad i do not treat my clients this way
