They responded well and turned up exactly as they promised. The quote was sensible and once I accepted it they carried out the install again when promised. Their engineer was very good and he explained how to use the inverter and left the side clean and tidy. Excellent service all round at a sensible price .

The South Coast Solar Solutions Team were all amazing and incredibly helpful. From the get-go Niall was helpful and able to answer any questions I had while deciding what system would work best for us. When Dean came to do the survey again, he was very helpful with any other questions I had and helping me understand how the setup will go and where best for the equipment to be placed. During the survey we also were able to add more panels onto the quote because of available space. The day of the installation went smoothly, even in the rain the team pushed through and did an amazing job on the installation. Connor was very friendly and great at going through how the system works and in helping me get all set up on the app. Shaun and Jake were also very friendly and did a great job with installing the panels even in the pouring rain. All in all, I am extremely happy with the installation and will very much be recommending South Coast Solar Solutions to my friends and family. Thank you

I contacted South Coast Solar Solutions with a view to getting solar and battery. I had a very helpful discussion with Niall who went through all the options in a very clear and understandable way and also pointed out important info that other companies had not mentioned to me. Although I didn’t place an order I would have confidence in this company based on my experience so far. I have given 4/5 as I can’t vouch for their product delivery but experience so far was very good.

What a breath of fresh air. Niall the sales person contacted me to discuss what I may need on my small semi. Niall was upfront and told me that my roof was not big enough for solar panels. He recommended a battery to store power. However, once we had worked out my annual usage of electricity Niall told me it was not worth my while as the savings would be minimal on the expenditure. It is very refreshing to meet a company where they are upfront and honest about YOUR needs. I would wholly recommend this company on this alone. Also put my mind at rest that I do not need to go down either solar or battery route and just keep my eye on my personal usage and save the planet that way. Thank you Niall for your patience and honesty.

We had an excellent experience using this company from start to finish. They were able to adapt to my changing needs and they fitted the solar panels and Tesla battery in less than two days. Everything ran to schedule. I have had the system just over a month and it all works as expected. Even in these winter months there is enough light to generate power. I would highly recommend them and the whole team are easy to work with.

I was initially curious about whether Solar Panels would be suitable for our 3 bed semi with an East/West facing roof and made an enquiry by responding to a facebook ad. South Coast Solar Solutions responded by calling me to set up an online video call to discuss my requirements and explain the Solar Panel options available. Niall was the salesperson and the video call was relaxed and very informative. I could have ordered a minimal 6 panel system but as the installation costs represent a significant part of the cost I decided to do a max panel install with 9 on the east facing roof and 8 on the west facing roof providing good all day power generation coverage. I changed the order on the day of installation to add a battery to provide better use of my excess power generation to cover winter evenings! The company were very flexible and installed the panels but came back two days later to complete the inverter and battery and commission the system. I found South Coast Solar Solutions to be an excellent choice for my system! They are a smaller family run business who are a joy to work with. Warm, friendly, and professional. The installation team did a great job and knew their stuff.

Everything well explained and arrived exactly when and as promised (unlike the scaffolders!). If you know what you want they'll quote for it competitively ... if not then watch a few Youtube videos first to work it all out first! Clean & tidy and fast installation. Ask a tricky question and they didn't flannel... reply was "I don't know ... I'll find out".

Customer satisfaction comes across as paramount to Dean and his team. His workforce were professional, hard working and reliable. The end result was everything we had been promised and had hoped for.

The installers arrived when they said they would and finished on time, they did an excellent job and left no rubbish. The price was very good and cheaper than some I have seen. All in all a very happy customer 😁

It took some time considering the options available to install solar panels and battery storage. There are so many companies to choose between. The decision to go with South Coast Solar was based on being local, independent and being able to talk to people who actually install a system and not just sell it. All the people at South Coast Solar are friendly, informative, knowledgeable and provide reassurance that the job will be done well with all the necessary certification and Home Insurance Protection. The install was quick to organise and went well with everyone working efficiently. The product offering and whole experience was excellent. I have a great system and can see the benefit daily so no regrets at the investment to my home. Highly recommended 👌

From first point of contact through to the installation day, everyone I've spoken to has been really helpful and informative. I initially put my details into several solar search engines and was horrified about the number and persistence of people calling me. Jason from South Coast Solar emailed me my quote and basically said when you want to talk give me a call. Much preferred this approach! The quote was very reasonable and for better quality products than the one size fits all approach shown by the bigger companies, and it's on my roof a week later!!! For comparison, one of the big installers told me they'd be able to get it on the roof in October. It's all been installed today in a clean and tidy manner, with no mess left behind for me to worry about. Scaffolding is being removed Saturday (again you hear horror stories of people leaving scaffolding up for months as it's free storage). Everything has been explained and I'm already glued to my app looking at how much energy I'm producing. Hopefully I calm down with this 😅. Save yourself aggressive marketing, rude (and often clueless) sales people, and give these folks a call. Thank you all :)

Very pleased indeed. Very professional service, polite and courteous. Job was started when planned and completed quickly. Communication with Dean was excellent and he was happy to answer any questions and explain the system clearly to me. I would highly recommend this company to anybody considering having solar panels.
