Pro tech electrical done a fire alarm system in clacton for us! It was short notice due to someone else pulling out of the project but Andy was so helpful and managed to do me a full design installation and certification within the project time frame, the guys that turned up were brilliant and just got on with the work and had no issue with them what so ever clean tidy and efficient! Definitely be using them again! Thanks for all your help!

Fantastic company to have carry out electrical works , attentive , cost effective , responsive and efficient. Everything you would want in a contractor and more so one that carry’s out such important work in a home or business. This company was responsible for the electrical installation , low voltage wiring and installation of vent fan ducting of a new built property, as a contractor. I had to deal with them directly once issues were identified in the property as part of after sales customer care. The wiring installation of the property had numerous issues (ie broken wires, that the company has been very slow [6months] to attend to) and ultimately they were unable to properly fix and instead offered only an inferior workaround solution to. In addition, one of the mechanical ducting was left loose and was not connected to the vent tiles of the roof. The ducting was hidden under the loft insulation and was only discovered when the loft was boarded, almost a year later! Once the issue was identified it took them 3 visits to put together a DIY level fix (long live duct tape). They did not show up for 1 of the 4 visits, and the other 3 they were between 45mins and 4h late. They failed to bring with them the right equipment and had to visit again and again. Overall very dissatisfied with their services and would not recommend that others use them privately. I would definitely not be using them in the future.

Worried when an inexperienced electrician turned up to carry out a dangerous job. He had to contact a more skilled colleague in order to complete the work. I then had to chase these guys to get an electrical certificate. No surprise I had paid for the work before the certificate was issued. Overall, the job was completed well but be aware.

I have used Pro Tech for a commercial project and can recommend. We have been particularly pleased with the follow up visits.
