We spent a good few months researching and speaking to 5-6 prospective companies for our project - To remove a small existing solar system, and replace it with 12 new panels, plus a GivEnergy battery and inverter. Out of all of them, our decision to enlist Helia was swayed by Chris’s thorough (and patient!) answers to our many, many questions, giving us confidence in his ability to design an appropriate system and lead the install. We received detailed quotes & plans customised to our requests, and Chris promptly completed the applications required to kick things off. Despite the install being slightly hampered by rain, Chris worked around the weather as much as possible, and ensured all work was done to very high standards. The panels and cabling are all super neat, and we’ve been over the moon with the generation achieved since the system was commissioned 7 weeks ago - Often exceeding estimates! Since the install, Chris has reached out to check on us more than once, and has always provided support to help resolve any niggles. Megan at Helia has also been very helpful with follow up requests we had. :) We have very happily recommended Helia to our neighbours, and would certainly use them again in future!
