My annual service contact wasn't needed just now as drained and checked in October after weeks without the system working after a pressure relief pipe that was trapped burst open allowing air into the system and rust to form. I am concerned the rust will cause problems in the future.

The professionalism of this company knows no bounds, from the first planning visit to the final fit. The workforce members who carried out the work could not have been more helpful. The steps taken to protect the house whilst they conducted the works was spot on. Carpet protectors were used all around the house. Any carpets that had to be lifted were put back in a professional manner.Having worked with numerous other companies in the past I cannot rate Elite highly enough. Elite Services Group recently replaced my old, poorly performing air source heat pump with a new, modern system, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. This wasn’t a straightforward swap — the existing installation had several issues, and the layout made the job far more complex than a typical replacement. Despite that, the team handled everything with real expertise and attention to detail. They took the time to diagnose the underlying problems with the old system, providing a comprehensive report and detailed heat loss calculation, delivering a solution that has transformed the performance of my heating system. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard, with tidy workmanship and a clear focus on getting every part of the system optimised. What impressed me most was their professionalism throughout — punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly rather than just getting it done. The new ASHP is running brilliantly, and the difference in efficiency and comfort is amazing. The use of Homely to control and automatically optimise the ASHP is also a game changer, with a simple app to set your heating and hot water preferences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elite Services Group to anyone looking for a high‑quality, technically competent ASHP installation, especially if your situation is anything less than straightforward. They really know what they’re doing.

Two weeks ago Elite installed for us an air source heat pump and AC unit. The initial consultations were clear and informative, I felt they took onboard our needs and requirements well as our house is a little different to most, and put together a package that caused minimum disruption for us (just one radiator replaced and we kept our old water cylinder). I was amazed at the amount of labour involved, 5 guys on site together over a 3 day install period but everything went like clockwork, they were polite and respectful and left the place very tidy at the end of each day. With the press that air source heat pumps get I was a bit apprehensive but the performance so far has matched what was advertised to us so far (including a couple of very cold days). Post install they have been quick to respond to any enquiries and are popping back to fine tune the system which will hopefully improve the performance further still.

I had a problem with my battery on my solar panels that had been installed by Elite a few years ago. It wasn't charging due to the poor weather, no sun. Called Elite and within a day Ben had talked me through how to sort it and sorted it so it shouldn't happen again. Fantastic customer support. Thank you.

We had three firms around to quote for our ASHP installation, Elite were easily the most impressive and it was clear that they really know their onions. The installation was completed by five men in two days so we had two days of chaos, but they cleared up after themselves and made an excellent job of the installation. They consumed a lot of tea and coffee. The system works beautifully and keeps the house at the desired temperature with very low operating costs. We really couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody considering an ASHP.

Elite came to my home to do an assessment for a heat pump. The report was important to me as my house is very old, I wasn't sure how well the system would fit in. The report was very thorough and I went ahead with the installation. James and all the team from Elite were polite and professional throughout. I had a couple of things that needed adjusting after install and Elite were happy to come back, which shows to me they are a really good company to deal with. The system works really well and being able to control temperatures through the Daikin phone app is a bonus. Thank you Paul

Elite have just finished the installation of an ASHP at my house. The whole process from initial contact, sales visit, heat loss report and systems design, installation and commissioning has been really excellent. Elite have kept me informed throughout and communicated effectively. The installation took 2 days with a team of 4 all of whom worked well together and were clearly expert in their particular discipline. They obviously wanted to do a quality job and they did. Commissioning was done after the system has settled for a day. James Clark did this work and the attention to detail was amazing. James went through the system with me and explained the controls and how to get the best from them. It is early days obviously and the system has not had cold weather to deal with yet. Early signs are very encouraging and I am confident that should any issues arise next winter Elite will be able to solve them. I chose Elite because of their Heat Geek association and because of their pre install professionalism. I am very pleased with my choice and have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.

We had our whole heat pump journey from heat loss survey to installation and removal of the gas boiler managed by Elite Services. Can't recommend the company highly enough. The design was spot on - the whole house is now lovely and warm. We previously had 2 cold rooms (upstairs bathroom and living room) with our original combi boiler, and now they are finally warm for the first time. The lads were incredibly hard working and did the instal in the middle of winter when it was barely above freezing. Nothing was too much trouble. It's now a pleasure coming home to a lovely warm home! Thank you so much :-)

I highly recommend this company. My gas boiler was very old and my hot water cylinder was leaking so someone suggested my house was ideal for an air source heat pump as I already had solar and battery storage. I did a lot of research and realised the design and install of a heat pump had to be right for it to work efficiently. I looked on heat geek website and found Elite are an installer and not too far away from where I live and so began the process - I got 3 quotes from different companies and although Elite were not the cheapest I had a lot more confidence that they would do a good job and I am pleased to report that they did an excellent job! The install team turned up on time and finished the job within 3 days and were very professional and did a tidy job- I was very impressed to say the least. James came a couple of days later to finish the commissioning and my house has never felt so warm and comfortable 24/7 and is costing me much less than my gas boiler. If you are looking at upgrading to a heat pump - use Elite - just do not wait until your boiler breaks down as it takes about 10- 12 weeks from start to finish but well worth it!

I've waited six months to review my installation, and it's time to share my experience, elite installed myenergi 15kw Batteries and Solar pannels. And from start to finish ever member from office staff to engineers were professional courteous and tidy. Even more impressive, my partner was initially against having Batteries and Solar, but we've seen our energy bills decrease dramatically. We've since added an electric car(EV) and a heat pump, and the system continues to perform exceptionally well. My heat pump journey began in July 2023 when my current energy supplier sent me an email shot, I had been wanting to replace my aging gas boiler and I had not at that time thought about a heat pump at all. So I paid a deposit and booked a heat loss / installation survey with them and was given an expected installation date in excess of 6 months later. During the waiting period I learnt a lot about the theory, practice and engineering principles involved in good design and began to realise that what I had been sold was not optimal. No amount of discussion with them got me anywhere, it was going to be their way or the highway. By install week it became clear that the heat pump side of the business was not happy about doing the work and they delivered a host of equipment that was not in the contract I had signed, which made the job pretty much undoable. After two and a half days and a team of 7 men the job was aborted. This made me determined to get a heat pump installed, my earlier internet research convinced me it should be possible. I had come across Heat Geeks and their YouTube videos, one of which had introduced me to James Clark; a director at Elite. Heat Geeks used one of James' videos in which he explained some of the concepts of obtaining an efficient heat pump system. I then found out that the Elite Services group was relatively local to me. An internet enquiry was responded to very quickly by the other James (Proctor) and he came out to see me to discuss my situation and requirements. My hopes were changed into belief, and a survey was soon arranged and completed by James C in a very efficient manner. The difference in his approach and experience completely overshadowed my previous encounter(s) with the other companies staff, my belief was now a confident expectation in the job succeeding. The expectation was delivered by a small team from Elite, and in a period equal to the time it took Octopus to decide they were incapable of doing the job. On the third and final (commissioning / handover) day there were only two engineers in attendance. The heat pump was up and running with the magic box of Homely looking after everything and keeping it working optimally. That was all complete by May 15th 2024, only a few weeks after my initial contact, an amazing turnaround, at a slightly higher but very worthwhile cost. An initial snag was dealt with extremely quickly with an engineer visiting first thing the next morning. I decided to hold back on providing this review until now to avoid the 'exciting new' clouding my vision. Now in the second week of January 2025 we have had some of the most consistently cold weather (Day and night) that I can remember experiencing for a long time, with snow falling and still being on the ground a week later. The heat pump installed by Elite has been a complete revelation, my house is at a constantly comfortable temperature, even when the outdoor temperature has fallen below the design temperature and also keeping it that way at a running cost far below what I was paying out previous years despite escalated energy prices. If you are thinking of looking for a heat pump installation, I would confidently recommend Elite. I dodged a marine bullet when the first attempt from Octopus failed and got something far more appropriate in the end.

Elite fitted our heat pump into our old 1850’s home 4 years ago and it was the best thing we ever did. The guys are professional and honest from the very first meeting. Nothing was too much trouble and they fit around us. We’ve just had our 3rd heat pump service and it’s running great but James still wants our efficiency better! Some more tweaking and fab detailed instructions and off we go again for another year. 4 years later and they are still looking after us! Our bills are less and our home is warm constantly. Going green and choosing Elite was a no brainier.

Heat pump installed. Extremely professional service from beginning to end. I had a few quotes however James made me feel so comfortable and able to trust we was not being ripped off and clearly explained everything. The men who did the install in two days worked none stop in the heat and was polite and respectful of me and our home at all times which was left spotless after they finished.
