Had solar panels and battery fitted in January. Mole energy are so professional and treat you as the customer. So pleased we went with them. Even our electrician said the installation was one of the best he has seen.

Previously had solar panels installed by Mole energy a few years ago, and this time they installed a Tesla Powerwall 3. The install was performed faultlessly by Shane and Connor who went above and beyond to complete within the same day. They are a brilliant hard working team who are friendly and are very clean in their work standards. I'd recommend Mole Energy without hesitation.

customer service absolutely sucks. Follow-up on requests is none existent. I've contacted mole energy twice through mole valley farmers (agent). .installation was not a good experience either installers have an attitude. sales are good though mole energy a company that has gotten too big and cocky for its own good on after-sales service

i was most impressed by Mole Energy as they were clearly technically proficient and understood the products sold. Unlike some solar companies, the process throughout was clear and concise. I've now completed three installations from these guys and i thoroughly recommend them. Well worth the five stars i allocates them.

Good experience throughout with Jamie, Stuart who did the survey, the whole team who did the installation and Olivia who has sorted all the paperwork afterwards. System was designed to my needs and designs updated as I learned more about it and what was possible (put as many panels on as you can!). Neatly installed and working well so far. Price was favourable compared to another local company

excellent service from start to finish, Mole Energy was recommended by Tesla for the supply and install. I'm now in discussions to expand the system with expansion batteries within a week of installation. very tidy install and all the staff have been super helpful.

I had been bitten earlier in the year with an installation that went bad, so was looking for a new supplier. Mole were absolutely outstanding. From the patience to understand my poor experience to the onsite visit and thorough discussion, to the designs and options, to the advice and then the scaffold and install. Everything has been easy, low presure and very clear. Dealing with this company and all of their team has been a remarkable example of superb customer experience. When the panel fitters came, they understood the mission...max out the roof without it looking rubbish...they got me an extra three panels on, which was amazing. Ok, not the cheapest, but honestly i tried to 'buy on price' and that went wrong...Mole deliver excellent service and excellent value. No complaints here, just compliments.
