I was looking for a local installer of solar panels and found solar simplicity. I am so pleased I chose this company as the whole system has proved invaluable. It was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. I am also happy to say that the after care service is very reliable. Its easy to get hold of someone . Also the online monitor used is very easy to understand. I would recommend this company.

These guys genuinely want to do a good job. Curtis has been trading a few years now and he is trying his utmost to provide fair pricing with a level good service. Couple of teething problems with the install but the main thing is he was able to get it rectified and made sure it was fully functional with the correct paper work issued soon after completion. I believe the company should be around for many years to come if he keeps up with this approach.

I had my solar system installed some time ago and was looking for a company to set it up as an uninterrupted power supply. Curtis and his team at Solar Simplicity were the most comprehensive, positive and very reasonably priced responder so we went for it. Thorough site visit to ascertain the project scope, parts ordered and goal achieved by one of their more Northern experts, Ilja. Curtis is not only the CEO but a very hands on and comfortingly capable gent that I had many conversations with over the course of our project, I can whole heartedly recommend him and his team for your solar needs, particularly, as I'm my case, for something a little bespoke that larger nationals couldn't be bothered to entertain. Really efficient installation of a great product at a really good price. Curtis guided is thorough the process from the first day to the day the entire system was up and running. Highly recommended.

Just had a new Huawei battery system fitted to my 4kw solar system by Solarsimplicity. Jimmy the electrician who installed the new system is very knowledgeable on theses systems. Can also say that the back up service from the software team is also very good ,would fully recommend this company.

I have evaluated several companies for assistance with my solar project, and ultimately, I chose to collaborate with Curtis and Solar Simplicity. Curtis conducted an on-site survey without any upfront costs, providing us with an attractive quote based on the maximum capacity our roof could accommodate. His proposal suggested the highest number of panels compared to other companies that provided quotes, and he offered a very competitive price. I am extremely satisfied with the service Curtis provided. He is highly responsive and consistently answered my questions promptly throughout the process. Our installation took place in early June, and we received MCS approval in mid-September. Even after the installation, Curtis remained responsive to my inquiries. For example, he assisted me in reconfiguring the inverter to maximize the benefits of battery charging during off-peak hours. Ground solar panels installation

After looking at several options and quotes I decided to go with Solar Simplicity for my ground solar panels. The date for the installation was quickly organised and Curtis arrived on time. A discussion ensued about what the plan of work was. It turned out to take longer than expected but everyone remained in good spirits and I was kept informed all the time. I would recommend Curtis and his Team. They were courteous and friendly and got the job done. I am delighted with how it all turned out.

If you are planning to get Solar panels with a battery system or just as a stand alone, will highly recommend Solar simplicity. Curtis is a dedicated individual who will take all the time you need to go through the system, answer all your questions and explain things without making it sound too complicated. All the options were detailed out to me, I went back with some mods which was added into the system and nothing was ever a big bother for Curtis and his team. The install date was set, scaffolding went up as planned, small hitch on the install day, but it was quickly sorted and 2 days later we were powering the house with free electrons from the sun. Had a problem with the roof where a tile got moved, rather than botch it up as we had already paid by then, he arranged for a roofer to come round who did a good repair and also some other remedial work which needed doing! I have gone back to Curtis to add another battery for which he has again given me a loyalty discount which is highly commendable. So if you are in Essex and looking for solar panel installation, go ahead and contact Curtis- he will look after you.

Excellent service, Curtis designed a large battery system to compensate for our small roof space. All round professional install with the batteries & inverter in their own cabinets. Would definitely recommend the company.

One year on and I am still delighted

Having had panels installed by another company who were unable to add a battery to the system, Solar Simplicity were able to take on the task quickly and efficiently, adapting and adding to the original system, so that it is now complete. The engineers were professional and completed all work to a very high standard (A special mention for Owen's excellent ducting) in a house which made the task more complex than perhaps they were expecting. Curtis was always clear and concise in his communications and kept me informed as to the progress of the job. I'm very happy with the system I now have and am glad to have found Solar Simplicity to complete it.

We recently purchased an EV and it made perfect sense to then purchase a Givenergy all in one system to make the most of our providers cheap rate night tariffs. Found Curtis to be very knowledgeable in regards to solar energy equipment and installations and his pricing to be very competitive. He was very quick to respond to any queries and potential issues I had. Equipment installation was done by profession installers and was completed on schedule. Excellent professional instillation of Solar Panels and battery on my bungalow. The guys on site were absolutely great and did a very neat job of not only the installation but rewiring the double garage where the wiring was found to be a bit of a mess. I would have no hesitation in recommending Solar Simplicity

We did the proper multiple quotes thing and the crucial differences for me were the clear itemised quote, in person survey, and good communication. Really pleased with the choice we made, Curtis took the time to understand our pattern of use and future plans rather than just a cookie cutter approach. Really happy with the install speed and quality, the guys were excellent. Scaffolding was up only as long as needed, panels and cabling neatly fitted and working, made sure we had the app set up and connected. Couldn’t ask for better, would definitely recommend. We’re not the easiest house (1903 Edwardian semi) so solid walls etc. but the team took it in their stride. Excellent.

Curtis and his team provided an excellent service at a competitive price. The solar system is good quality kit and performs as advertised. We had a few unavoidable snags along the way, but still 5 stars due to the customer service provided to resolve. Would recommend.

Excellent Service

From the first moment I met Curtis, I knew I was going to do business with him. He is very knowledgeable, explained my options and conducted himself in a professional way. The most important thing for me was his responses to my many questions. Once we agreed on a way forward he delivered and installed everything...(most importantly), when he said he would. I am really happy with the service I received and would recommend Solarsimplicitylimited to anyone requiring a solar system.

Installation: Full domestic solar + battery. Had three quotes from different companies, and I initially discounted SS because I didn't hear back from them for a few days. But then Curtis sent down a detailed comprehensive 28 page quote, so I thought " OK, back in the running". Long story short - rejected other quotes, one too expensive, one quote duration ridiculously short. After some delays for procurement, ( no fault of SS), scaffolding/installation went extremely smoothly, really happy with system - no hesitation recommending Curtis and SS; pleasure to deal with.

Curtis was honest and straightforward to deal with from the start. There were minor delays with the installation due to equipment shortages but we now have a fully functioning system that is exceeding our expectations. The installation team were neat and efficient and the scaffold came down promptly. We're delighted and I'm pleased I put my faith in this company.

Replacement Solar PV Inverter with Panel Optimisers

We have an solar panel system installed in 2011 and the inverter had just failed. I obtained quotes and advice from a number of companies and Solar Simplicity provided the best of both. Originally requesting a replacement inverter I was advised to have optimisers fitted on the panels to avoid losses caused by shade on 2 of our panels incurring late afternoon. All went well with the installation (which took less than half a day) and we are very pleased with the result. The new inverter is more efficient than the old one (just looking at the power that is being produced) and the optimisers keep the system producing for longer than before. Also lots of performance information associated with our improved system (including individual panel performance) is available to view on-line.
