All the work was tidy and completed without hassle. Alex arrived on the day agreed, and it was all done within the agreed time. I am really pleased with the job and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone needing electrical work or an EV charger installed.

Ohme EV Charger install

I found Alex via the gov.uk website for EV charger installers. Noticing he was local, I sent him a WhatsApp message and he replied within six minutes, offering to come out and quote the very next day. By the following Thursday, the charger was fully installed. Alex gave clear, helpful advice on the different EV chargers available and their respective price points. His work was clean and tidy, and I’ve had no issues with the charger at all. He even checked in two months later to make sure everything was still running seamlessly. Trades — take note. Getting business doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple, efficient, effective communication is all most customers want. Really pleased :)
