My son was looking after my cat whilst I was on holiday and he lost my key so obviously couldn't get in to look after my cat who was "locked" in. I spoke to a lovely lady called Jenny who reassured me she would get help to open the door and get the locks changed. I was getting a bit anxious about my cat but Jenny was so kind and said she would get it sorted ASAP. It was after 6pm when I rang and by about 10am the next morning it was sorted.Brilliant customer service. Thank you Jenny.

I came here a few weeks ago and needed directions to another council premises, the lady that dealt with me was very helpful and kind.
