Great experience with Encom for the supply and fit of my Anderson Quartz EV charger. Max was knowledgeable, listened to my requirements, and provided clear options without any pressure. It has been very easy to communicate with Encom and they have guided me through the entire process from consultation to fitting of the solar panels and post installation procedures so smoothly. Neill has been in touch from day 1 at any moment you need a helping hand or should you have any doubt. He has also guided us through the whole process and has been amazing along with his entire team. It has been 6 months since the panels have been fitted and we had the summer virtually free with no electricity bills with the panels installed and got paid back for the excess which was great. 6 months in, I would highly recommend Encom to whoever is thinking about using them, they are validated have the right team behind them and know what they are doing.

I thought long and hard before opting for solar panels. After a large amount of research and several visits by various companies I opted for Encom. From the first point of contact to completion all I can say is that the service and customer care was 5*. Support (if needed) after initial installation is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are considering solar panels with supporting batteries you “can’t go wrong with Encom” ( that has a nice jingle feel 😄).

Very happy to recommend Encom. We had a few companies to quote but Neil was by far and away the best to communicate with us, understood what we wanted, was happy to explain everything, and go into great detail when requested by my husband! The process went smoothly and on time, as programmed as part of building work we were getting done. And now it's in we are, as predicted, a little bit obsessed with our app and the weather and scheduling our electricity use to make the most of the sunshine! Delighted.

The installation was brilliant and the solar panel, battery and heating element for water is really making a difference. It should be said that the initial install of the Eddi system was faulty and Encom had it replaced quickly and all is working great. I personally want to thank Neill who took the time to explain the process what would happen and was always available for questions (probably to the point when I was contacting too much, but he had the patience to answer all my questions) Also should say I was under the misconception that it had to be a bright sunny day to get adequate solar power - this is not true - even on cloudy days we still generate enough to power our house - for the most part. If you are thinking of solar look no further - great company, great products and brilliant customer service.

Amazing team

Amazing team at Encom who made the process so easy, even though it was a challenging project. There were a few spanners with our domestic project being 3-phase and having a large battery system. But you can tell how good a company is by how they respond to those challenges. Encom were great and put our mind at ease at each step. For any problem, there was a solution. Shoutout to Max who was great to deal with!

So-So

The product is great, the responsiveness to issues and queries not so great. Our battery was installed on a Saturday morning 2 days after we moved in: I sense to accommodate us which was great. Unfortunately something went wrong during the installation and it took 2 weeks before it was rectified despite emails and calls to Encom every other day.

Very happy with ENCOM. The solar system was installed quickly and efficiently by friendly workers who tidied up nicely after they had finished. The system works well and after-sales service has been excellent.

Domestic Solar Panel installation - Look no further!

Challenged with choosing the right Solar PV company I stumbled across Encom and I'm so glad i did. The whole process from quoting to installation and activisation could not have ran smoother. Neil in sales was very accommodating explaining the whole process and savings thoroughly. The installation ran like clockwork with both the panels fitters on the roof and system installers in the garage working efficiently and tidily. I have since recommended Encom to a relative who also can't fault the process.

Encom Energy where and have been excellent throughout the installation and after service. I have had my system installed exactly one year now and i am seeing significant savings. I would recommend the panels and battery pack as the winter savings are great when storing power in the battery from the night time tarriff. Encom have introduced an App to give you access to all yours statistics instantly from Battery level to charging info and all savings in money terms. It is an excellent addition to the package and I highly recommend it. Thanks again to all the team at Encom Energy and I would highly recommend them to all potential customers!

After doing some homework I submitted an enquiry with Encom and was very quickly contacted by Neill who, the next day submitted a quote based on the info I had given him but subject to a house inspection. The aesthetics of an installation was important and Neill, with the approval of a previous customer showed me one of their installations with the same panels on the same roof tiles as mine. We subsequently agreed on a 2 roof, 14 panel installation with a 10kw battery. On the installation date they were in and out in one day, only returning the following day for an hour to tweak the system. The electricians and roofers were excellent making sure that everything incl cabling was in the most appropriate place and not just the most convenient for them. They were not taking any shortcuts and left the place as good as they found it. It was obvious the customer was paramount. Encom have now developed their own App which gives greater control for us nerds to make sure we extract the last penny out of the system. I could not recommend Encom enough. The system is amazing. Well done.

have to say from start to finish Encom Energy have been fantastic, from the moment they made contact with me they kept me informed all the way. The survey team was very thorough. Once the survey was completed they made contact soon after for my scaffolding which was up for about 7 days. The installation was perfect and the guy that installed was very professional 😃 after the installation all documents were sent direct to us and within a few days I was exporting electric 😃 overall super professional service and I would highly Recommend 😃

Had a 5.67kw solar panel installation completed today in Coleraine. Delighted with the workmanship and whole process from start to finish.

Could not recommend Encom Energy enough. From the survey to the install everyone I dealt with were pleasant to deal with and very efficient. They kept the area of work clean and tidy and left no packaging or rubbish when they completed the job. The Team went over and above to ensure the installation was safe a secure. I must also add they were very professional and took time to explain what they were doing and how best to benefit from the system install. Highly Recommended.

ENCOM came recommended by a trusted friend and they were great. I had done some research on suppliers, panels, and battery options so from the first visit I was impressed. The technology was explained to me well. There was no issue with any questions and lots of options were discussed. The quote was detailed and clear. I went for 5KWH (14 panels) with 10KWH battery and heating eddi. The fitting was very professional and they guys who actioned it new there stuff. After fitting they answered all my questions well and came back out to help with eddi setup issue. I found out I can control the eddi also from an app. It takes a while after that to get the registration for the mobile Control App, the paperwork to setup export and notification to NIE but Encom dealt with all that well and kept me in the loop. That said I have not actioned the export yet as I am still waiting for my meter to be changed to import/export by NIE. At time of writing end of November 2022 the queue is around 2.5 months but they have 90 days from notification to action this swap so I have a while to go. Once I get it I can the swap to E7 to charge the battery overnight if there is not enough sun. Before you go down this route: 1. Know the profile of when people are in the house. It’s the first thing they ask. 2. Know your average KWH over a year from your bills 3. Check your roof orientation and make sure the south facing portion is big enough. I had some shade adjuster fitters for a small part of my setup. In any case the quote comes with detail of the suggested sun movement across the sky and possible output. 4. The solar panel spec says it looses 1% efficiency per year over the guarantee period. So if you looking at 20 years the output may drop by 20% so size the initial output to accommodate this. 5. You will need quite a space for the inverter and the battery box if you buy it. This space needs to be close to the Fuse box. In my case there was enough room above OK. I also opted to have my old fuse setup changed to latest circuit breaker technology. 6. Make sure setup has a spare spur to charge an electric car – unless you go for that option now.
