Their workmanship was to a very high standard, they were easy to work with, were very efficient and flexible in their use of staff and finished ahead of schedule. They were by far the most organised work people we have had on any job. We have been very pleased with how the heat pump is working in the colder weather - it is easy to control and the house is lovely and warm throughout.

ASHP Move

As part of a house renovation, we needed to move our ASHP and hot water cylinder. The YEYW team came out and move the ASHP out of the way of the building work, and supplied the pipe work / cables that would be under the new part of the house. There was a bit of a hiccup, primarily from my naivety , over who was doing what (I thought the teams -builder and YEYW had spoken, and they hadn’t). Once this was sorted, the team came back and completed all the pipe work, commissioning our underfloor heat and getting the ASHP connected up. They lagged all the pipe work, and left the site in a much better state than when I originally had the ASHP installed. The team were polite, efficient and hard working.

YEYW fitted a heatpump for us this summer. Really good experience with the company during the initial assessment and great crew of engineers who fitted the heatpump and upgraded some of the radiators. Fantastic attentive and expert service. Heatpump is working really well, as I'm writing this its 1C outside and the house is cosy and warm and our bills are lower than they were last year on gas.

We found our experience with YEYW fabulous. The roofers, scaffolders and solar installers were all great. Communications from Richard and office staff was also great.

Heat pump installed by a lovely, good natured group of hard working people who tidied up every afternoon. They asked just the right level of questions when they thought of better ways to do things than originally planned. Very impressed with the attention to detail everywhere. Pump been in place for a few months now. Lovely hot water and the radiators are beginning to kick in as the weather turns colder - all good. When the pump occasionally does make a noise, which is rare, it sounds rather nice to me, bit like gentle rain.

I was referred to YEYW by a happy heat pump customer, and after many months of research (looking at different manufacturers and installers) I decided to go with YEYW. Leah is an industry expert and organised an air pressure test of my home which highlighted some insulation issues (which were fixed). I then had a large (16kW) Samsung heat pump installed in May 2025. It’s a larger house and had some complex legacy issues with plumbing. But I am so happy with the results. It’s greatly simplified our heating and hot water systems. The house is comfortable round the clock and with all the hot water we need. I am confident that overall we will save on energy costs and it’s a joy to get rid of gas supply from this house. Leah’s team was absolutely brilliant; their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness was amazing.

Their expertise throughout was outstanding - from initial consultation to the impeccable installation. What impressed me most was how they tackled the challenges of fitting modern technology in a period property with minimal fuss. I particularly appreciate Leah's commitment to bringing more women into the renewable energy sector, adding a progressive dimension to an already brilliant service. We used YEYW to install an 8.7kW solar power and battery system. They provided an excellent service and we are delighted with the finished product. We renovated our house in 2018, and used Your Energy Your Way to install an air source heat pump and solar panels. We have been very impressed with Leah, Pia and the rest of the team at YEYW. Their guidance, expertise and advice have been so valuable over the years. Recently, we had an issue with our heating system and YEYW were there straight away to help and solve the problem. We approached YEYW regarding solar panel installation following poor experiences with two other, much larger companies, neither of whom were able to come up with a solution for us. The team at YEYW were great from the start – very quick to respond to our enquiry, and provided detailed information even at the stage of initial ideas. After a site visit Richard was able to come up with a bespoke solution that matched our needs and that was much more cost effective than the ‘sausage factory’ solution offered by the other companies. The process of arranging the installation was efficiently handled – YEYW were very responsive and managed to coordinate the installation to accommodate our commitments. The installation team were lovely – not just good at their jobs but really nice people to have around and went out of their way to be helpful. Post-installation service was also excellent. We are very pleased with the solar panels and battery, and are now considering getting YEYW to also install a heat pump for us. The difference between the service provided by YEYW and the other companies we had tried to work with on low carbon energy solutions was marked – I highly recommend YEYW.

A fantastic experience. We had a heat pump put in by the your energy your way team and I cannot rate them highly enough. They were great! From start to finish the team were efficient, knowledgeable and communicated well. They arrange the install quickly and advised about how to get our property ready to get the best out of the heat pump. The works team were amazing! They were so kind and considerate in our house and cleaned up meticulously every day after they had finished. They explained everything clearly and the workmanship from the plumbing, groundworks and carpentry is excellent. I used your energy your way to do a heat loss calculation and then subsequent install of a Vaillant Heat Pump in Nov 2023 We were delighted with the installation and very happy with their approach to the project and planning. The finished installation looks great and has plenty of power to heat the house plus its running costs are lower than anticipated. From start to finish I felt very comfortable with everyone I spoke to at Your Energy Your Way. I felt that my house was in good hands. They carefully replaced multiple radiators around the house always leaving us with working heating each evening. They planned much of the work so that the actual switch over from gas to the heat pump only took two days so this was the only time we had to use temporary electric heaters, which they supplied. The finished pipework and wiring is very neat and overall we are delighted with the look and function of the installation. I can happily recommend Your Energy Your Way to anyone who wants a taylor fit designed system that works well with your house.

The guys and gals from Your Energy Your Way designed and installed my ASP system a few weeks ago and I am extremely happy the quality of the installation and with its performance. The whole process was very smooth and all happened within the timescales promised. The quality of the workmanship was exemplary throughout, so I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were looking to get rid of our gas boiler and move to using a hot air system. We also wanted to install a battery to complement our Solar Panels. We contacted four companies. One never returned our calls or emails. Another wanted to schedule a consultation meeting two months away. We spoke with the other two, and only Your Energy Your Way was interested to understand why we wish to change. In addition, they were the only company who asked us to fill-in a detailed questionnaire to understand what heating system we use today, information about our house and room sizes in prep for a face to face consultation. During the latter, they really ensured they understood our goals and were very transparent on potential pitfalls or misconceptions. We felt no pressure to buy during our pre-contract interaction. Once they fully understood our "why" and our "what," including full measurements and analysis of our household, they made their recommendations. Execution of the install was just as impressive: clean, professional workmanship. And even once the work was complete, they remained in touch and quickly answered any challenge we faced or question we had. A great experience from beginning to end. Leah and her team replaced our gas boiler with an air source heat pump and installed solar PV. Great care was taken to get the right solution for our house and budget, following a thorough and careful survey and it was clear that they really understand the technology.
