Excellent work, at an excellent price. The engineer, the fitters and electricians were all courteous, hardworking and helpful. The communication was top class at all times i can't recomend Danlec enough.

From first point of contact to installation was less than a week. Dan their advisor was first class, very helpful and professional. Chris, our installer was on time, we were able to track his journey to our house on the day of installation which was carried out without any mess. I would definitely recommend this company if you are having an EV charger fitted.

Investigate roof noises when others would t

The roofing team came to investigate noises from a solar install which they didn’t install but were willing to help. The Previous company just said the panels were fine and couldn’t find the noise. The Danlec team spent a good few hours they listened to me, watched the video with the recording of the noise over and over and did a very deep investigation to find the issue, which was with the scaffolding rather than the solar panels. I wish all trades people were like the 3 who attended on Friday they are a credit to your company and will make me think of you for anything electrical I have from now on.

Perfect professionalism

The whole process from start to finish was faultless, the team in the office where friendly and answered any questions I asked them making me feel at ease. There was no pressurised sales like I'd experienced while looking around. Both the installations teams roofing and electric where friendly, kind and thoughtfull about my property. Being a tradesman myself I was anxious about having other trades round who I didn't know but I can safely say I couldn't of asked for a better group of highly skilled tradesmen to turn up, well done danlec you have an amazing team allround. My solar system has now been in place around 5months and has produced more than predicted by the company. Thankyou again danlec I will be using you for any other solar needs in the future.

Great company to have our electric charger installed. From the beginning the customer service was great, communicated between myself and my partner. Very quick to get things sorted, and we needed the charger installing asap due to having another EV at home. They made us aware of a cancellation straight away and installed within a day! The installer was lovely (Luke) was very polite, well mannered and showed us how it worked. Thankyou to Daniel & Luke. Very happy with the service.

Excellent Danlec experience

After getting quotes from 6 or 7 different local companies I went with Danlec as they gave the most comprehensive and cost effective quote. They were very good at listening to what I needed and tailored their offer to suit my needs. Jack has been an excellent point of contact throughout for advice and answering any questions I had. Install was completed very quickly and efficiently, the scaffolding was only up for the required time and the roofing and electrical engineers were brilliant throughout. I received messages when the engineers were coming to complete the install and they were very prompt so there was no waiting around for their arrival or chasing required. Install was exactly as described, very neat and professional and the system is working better than expected. Thoroughly recommended for anyone looking for a solar/battery installation.

Amazing service! New to the world of EV vehicles and chargers, we weren’t sure what we needed. Dan got in touch with us immediately and explained everything very well, talking us through the different options and future proofing our choice. Just had my EV Car charger installed by Danlec, Top class service from first phone call to installation. Fitters were super polite, very fast and no mess, explained everything clearly. As an old Git, not super Tech savvy, the young man showed me everything I needed to know, Installed App for me and ran me through the app options. I received a text 15 minutes ahead of the Danlec man arriving with his name. This is reassuring should you live alone. He took off his boots to respect the property and quickly found the problem. He was courteous and made sure her left everything as he found it. A job well done.

Great experience with Danlec for an EV charger. Very tidy installation, high quality work from their engineer who arrived when they said he would. Communication throughout the process has been really good, Dan and his team are quick to respond and helpful. Their price was very competitive for the Hypervolt unit and installation was about a week, so much faster than nationwide companies would offer. I'm really pleased with the install and glad to have found a reliable company who take such pride in their work. I would not hesitate to use Danlec again.

Had an EV charger fitted by Danlec and would highly recommend. Prior to fitting I was kept fully informed and all questions answered….no problem! When I enquired about an EV charger I was a little in the dark, I spoke to Dan, he gave me all the information I required about the range of chargers, prices and compatibility. Placing the order was very simple and straightforward, they fitted the charger with the week. One of Danlecs professional installers arrived promptly on the arranged day, made a very neat and tidy job, also installed an independent isolator box for the EV charger. Fantastic electrical company and very competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.

After installation of the solar panels and battery, my husband went in the loft and was blown away by the quality of workmanship that had been done by an apprentice it was impeccable. The quality of the whole installation was all first class from start to finish. Great team too.

Had solar panels and battery fitted end of March 2025. All went as promised. Both teams notifications were welcome and the technicians were all very good and polite. Jack and Grace were very helpful and would answer any queries swiftly. Will the surveyor was very informative and answered all my questions. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend to install Solar and battery. Slate roof was ageing in places hence the tingles but we knew that on commencement. thank you

Fantastic service from.start to finish. No salesman here, technical wizards with drone photography to measure roof. Professional team, scaffolders, electricians, roofers. Awesome package, they will work out your requirements from your bill. Never oversell, I am in Sales myself, & was impressed. I made sure I did some research & worked out pricing. I saved over 4k on Octopus direct quote. Order with confidence, job actually took 2 days. A whole team of people arrived, and grafted. End result, neat & tidy. App installed for both Panels & EV charger. Which then can be registered with your energy company, once you receive your certificates couple weeks after installation. This will help you get on correct tariff to enjoy best rates, especially for charging car in the night. I have noticed immediately, even on cloudy days. The light UV gets beamed into panels which send energy into storage batteries. Then your house uses what's stored before using from the grid. I have found by midday it has been fully charged & stored, dont even use it all. Fortunately car takes most of remaining charge thats in battery by end of evening. Ready for following days driving, while the house continues on same storage from previous days charge whilst drawing in Energy to top it up to full. Amazing, I guess it will take time to understand correct tarrif for best results on billing. Which works efficiently with a smart meter. I have to get a smart meter in order to operate with Apps & Octopus Energy, who can monitor & fine tune as we go along. Prompting me for best times for car charging.

Very happy with both our EV charger and solar panel install. Dan, Jack and the team are always helpful and responsive to and queries. Moved into a new home & redecorated it & needed new lights for most rooms. Dave was so helpful, patiently letting me go through lots of catalougues & helping me to chose the lights/bulbs that I needed.
