If your looking for your property to be destroyed then by all means go with cross they rate amazing at this, but if your looking for your property to be looked after and fixed to a good or high standard avoid these cowboys at all cost. The crews they have sent out have been very disrespectful, obnoxious, disgusting hygiene (where they have urinated and left human waste by one of our neighbours gardens). They lounge about in the garden not working, more interested in being on their phones and whats going on around them. They have completely destroyed our property by putting their feet through ceiling, not securing the roof and allowing rain to flood our upstairs and destroy our possessions and ruin the house. All upstairs ceilings have come down. The new insulation and chip board are now soaked through which will cause mould issues. They turn simple jobs into disaster sites. Now cant live in our property because its been declared unsafe to live in.

Cross Property was simply outstanding. They were meticulous with each task, unfazed by the challenge of the insurmountable workload I had for them, and simply got on with the job, no task too big or daunting for them! They were fast and methodical, always extremely polite and courteous. Josh and his Dad were a wonderful team and excelled in the job. They gave a competitive quote and went over and above all my expectations in their work. Will remain my go-to team now! Highly recommended x

We have used Cross for garden maintenance of various types over the last four years, mainly grass cuts, and have always been very happy with the standard of the work, the reasonable pricing and above all the reliability. We have had several other firms let us down at various points over the years, but Cross have never disappointed, especially this year during lockdown.

Cross Property gave a highly competitive quote for the work that needed doing on my rental property and were able to commence quickly. They were also very good at communicating and kept in touch regularly. The sealant on the bathroom floor and around the bath wasn't very good at all but, after speaking to the office manager who did offer to rectify the issue and has offered a complimentary sealant of floor I would also say the level of customer service is good. I just wish the floor hadn't been botched.
