I had a really great experience with E Verve from start to finish. The process began with the quote, and Craig was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly patient in explaining all the different aspects of the system and even took the time to call me on a Saturday to fit around my unusual work schedule. We went through the timeline in detail, and everything was very clear from the outset. I had spoken to several solar installers before E Verve, but things kept dragging on because questions weren’t being properly addressed. With Craig, responses were quick and efficient, which made a huge difference. The office team was also excellent and handled all the administrative queries smoothly and professionally. On installation day, the team arrived on time and carried out the work in a very professional manner. The electrician, Hassan, was especially helpful — no question was too much trouble. He took the time to explain everything, walked me through the apps, and made sure I fully understood how the system was set up. Overall, everyone at E Verve was friendly, professional, and reliable. I feel confident that if I ever have any issues in the future, I can contact them without hesitation. Lovely people and absolutely worth every penny.

E-Verve Energy were excellent throughout our Solar, Battery and EV Charger installation. Every team we dealt with — groundworks, scaffolding, roofers and electricians — was professional, punctual, tidy and respectful of our home. The engineers were happy to answer questions and explain what they were doing, which gave us real confidence in the work being carried out. Everything was done neatly and with minimal disruption, and the site was left clean at the end of each day. It’s rare to have so many different trades involved and for everything to run so smoothly, but E-Verve managed it brilliantly. Very impressed and would happily recommend them.

We decided to switch to solar power and signed up through Heatable. They subcontracted the installation to E-Verve Energy. Jenna quickly contacted me by phone to explain the process. Throughout, she kept me updated and promptly answered any questions via email. Even when there was a minor change in the work plan (which didn’t affect the timeline), she promptly called me to inform me. Thanks, Jenna – amazing customer service! Over two days, two roofers and two electricians visited the house. The roofers installed the panels swiftly and accurately. Now, onto the electricians. Robbie was the main electrician, and I’m sorry, I can’t recall the name of his apprentice. Both were brilliant. I want to give a huge shoutout to Robbie. He was a top lad, clearly knowledgeable and consulted with me throughout the process about where I wanted the various boxes on the side of the house. He even offered his opinion, which I appreciated. His work was exceptional and very neat. On the second day, Robbie worked alone and unfortunately, due to no fault of his own, the Alpha system wasn’t functioning properly. He could have easily left, stating it was an issue with their end and for them to sort it out, but he stayed and spoke to them for a while. This was resolved, and the system is now working wonderfully. That night, I noticed an issue with my car charger not charging and tripping out. I reported this to Jenna, and within an hour, Robbie was on the phone to me. He guided me through a simple fix while in front of the system, and it was resolved within minutes. I’m delighted to say my car charger is working fine and my car charged overnight without the system noticing it. Robbie then messaged me the next day (Saturday, which would have been his day off), to ensure everything was working properly. We’ve received incredible customer service from start to finish and Robbie deserves special mention. If you’re sceptical about solar power or this company, don’t be. We’re thrilled and know they’d sort any future issues promptly and efficiently. Thank you. .

Brilliant company. Fantastic service from start to finish, which was really quick! Had the whole solar and battery system up and running less than a month after initially enquiring. Fantastic explanations from Jordan when deciding what system and equipment to go with, and then a lovely and friendly service from all tradesmen involved. And a special shout-out to Jenna on the phone, always happy to assist. Would 100% recommend.

I had used E-Verve previously for an EV charger install and was very happy with their work, so when I decided I wanted a home solar and storage solution, they were straight at the top of the list. From the initial discussion I was guided on the best system for my home needs. They really did make it very easy from my point of view and the home survey was carried out soon after my initial phone call. Once agreed, the install date came very quickly after a fast G99 from the DNO. I was constantly updated on time frames for things such as scaffolding installation and the dates for the main install. On the two days of the install, everyone turned up on time and were very friendly and polite throughout the entire process. All questions I had were answered and explanations given clearly. The final finish on the whole project is outstanding. The solar array looks brilliant and all the cable management and placement is excellent, they have even helped me in replacing a number of cracked roof tiles that were present before this job started, which was a huge help to me! The system commission went smoothly and the handover to me to control via the app etc was thoroughly explained so I knew exactly where to go from the moment they left me. I have now used E-Verve on two seperate projects and both times they have delivered well above my expections. Excellent work! I highly recommend this company.

From the initial enquiry via telephone with Jenna—who provided clear information and helpful advice—to the supplied, fitted, and fully functioning Hypervolt charger, the entire process was seamless. The installation was carried out exactly where we wanted it, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Hassan, who completed the installation, was extremely knowledgeable and took great pride in his work. He paid close attention to detail, protected our property throughout, and made sure our specific needs and requirements were met. The professionalism and care shown by the team were exceptional, and the overall service was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Spent a couple of weeks trying to organise installation of an EV charger without waiting over a month - contact E-Verve late at night and by mid morning the following day the appointment was booked with installation less than a week later. The engineer was friendly and efficient. All in all top class service - thank you!

Had a second battery fitted today by Robbie, he arrived on time, did the job promptly, finished the job with no mess, solar system installed by E-Verve Energy is great, highly recommend both the company and solar energy. What a simple procedure, I personally thought I could only have 4-5 panels , but following e verve survey, I now have 12. The installation of the inverter, battery and solar panels took 1 day and was a trouble free process. Not sure if my sums are correct but yesterday [first full day] we imported about 90p electricity[overnight cheap rate] and then free from the battery, the cost last year was 323p for the day. Not bad for a gloomy day. I would highly recommend this company if you want a professional, stress free process.

I recently had an EV charger installed and E-Verve Energy were brilliant from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear via both phone and email and they ensured that I was well-informed throughout. Their online systems made it easy for me to send all of the information they required without the need for them to physically come to my house to assess the property before starting work. Work was completed quickly and well with minimum fuss and disruption - Ian offered a friendly service and did all he could to ensure the job was completed in a neat, tidy way. From the point of my first enquiry, the job was completed within the week. I would happily recommend E-Verve to anybody wanting an EV charging point installed.

We contacted E -Verve in early April 2025 after several months research and debate whether installing a solar system to our rental property would be a worthwhile investment on a all electric residence. Using their on-line survey tool to give us a guide to the costs and potential savings. The cost of the installation was surprisingly within budget, and having done our due diligence and also read their previous client reviews we decided to arrange a full survey and visit to obtain a more accurate costing and discuss the various options. Roughly a week later Jordan from E-Verve visited the property, carried out the detailed survey and discussed all the pros and cons. As we have a 3 phase supply in the property and quite an old complex Economy 7 heating system, unfortunately it wasn't going to be straightforward. Within a week we had a thorough detailed proposal. Now at this point we were expecting the cost to have increased significantly from the on-line quotation, given the stumbling block of the 3 phase and the Economy 7 system. To our delight the costing was actually less than the on-line quote and after a couple of confirmation calls we decided to proceed, paying our initial deposit. We were then given a date for the Scaffolding a date for the Roofer and a date for the Electricans, all confirmed the day before the visit with a phone call from the office. All the scheduled visits were met by professional tradesman who were not only highly skilled at there jobs but new exactly how to treat their customers. The roofer also identified a small issue with the adjoining properties roof, showing me pictures of the issue on his phone and suggesting It would be an easy fix whilst having the advantage of the scaffolding. I thanked him for the information, and had planned to rectify the issue the following day. To my surprise the following day there on the roof was a roofer rectifying the problem. Jordan had also received the info and pictures. He had then arranged for the repairs to be carried out without mention nor fuss. To sum up. Start to finish from initial enquiries our system was up and running within 6 weeks, Bang on the quoted price with the additional roof repair at no extra cost. Our experience was better than first class, from initial appointment to system swith-on. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. It's 5 Stars all the way. I’m came across E-Verve Energy by accident. What made me choose this company was their upfront pricing structure on their website against suggested packages, so really easy to pick what I wanted. From the moment I enquired, every part of this installation has been simple. Jordan came round to assess the job, he even suggested going with a different battery supplied as for my application as it would save me thousands and still deliver what I needed. They came this week to install the solar panels, battery and car charger. Every part of this has been handled so professionally and easy. They made no mess and installed a very tidy solution. They walked me through the app and also suggest settings on the car charger to get the most out of the system. I can only thank all of them for all their hard work and support in our installation. I won’t hesitate in recommending them for any solar work. Thank you!!! John

The workmanship was very good. My solar and battery system was designed, ordered and installed within 7 weeks. It is really pleasant to work with the whole team, comprising Jordan who guided me through the system design / pricing / paperworks, Simon did the side surveying / project manage and several technicians did the installation / commissioning. In the next few days, the team will come back to install my EV charger too. I am sure it will be good too.
