Would not let me hive 0 or - 10 Wise Energy Solutions On Saturday 28th, your foam removal team attended my proper To carry out the agreed work. However, they were unable to start or complete the job, as they advised that they were not qualified to undertake the work required. I was informed that the felt and tiles would also need to be removed, which they stated was outside of their scope of work. After contacting their manager, the team left my property without completing any work. I have since called on numerous occasions and this is now my second email requesting the return of my deposit of £2,130. I would appreciate the courtesy of a response to my calls and emails. I feel that I have been misled regarding the services your company could provide. As the agreed work was not carried out, I am formally requesting an immediate refund of my full deposit. 4 day on no call back feel let down and question if this compery should be trading and look into

Absolute disgrace of a company! If you are a vulnerable customer wanting a government grant don’t bother! My 90 year old grandad has been conned!!! Left with a heating system he can’t use and now left with no lighting downstairs. Please do not use this company.

Wise Energy recently completed a comprehensive installation for us, including a heat pump, hot water cylinder, radiator system, solar panels, plant room along with external wall insulation. The transformation in both energy efficiency and the appearance of our 1963 pre-fab bungalow is remarkable. From the initial contact to project completion, the entire process with Wise Energy was seamless and straightforward. The team on-site was exceptional; they worked tirelessly even in some challenging weather conditions. We wholeheartedly recommend Wise Energy for their professionalism and dedication to quality.

From the initial survey to the final day of installation I found Wise Energy Solutions to be most professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and responded quickly. Everyone from receptionist first contact and all the installation lads have been polite and brilliant during the whole process explained everything they did great team!

The decision to go with solar panels is not a simple one and we had many questions. The team at Wise were very supportive and the experience was excellent. Looking forward to saving money on energy bills for years to come. Luckily we've had a good summer so far in Lancashire and thats has helped.

I’m worried for them

They contacted me and asked me for personal information and I gave it to them and they disappeared and they don't answer me anymore. I'm worried about what they might do with my information, I don't know if it's a scam.

A mixed bag. Phone manner by the staff is excellent, and one person in particular (I won't mention her name) was excellent in providing support. Some of the work done wasn't up to regulation standards, but at least Cosy Homes - who collaborated with Wise - sent someone round for due diligence. This is very good, because it means that they're checking on the work done, and in my case found it wanting, and was honest about it. Some other workers have come back to redo parts of the work that wasn't up to scratch. The main guy especially professional, explained what hadn't been done the first time, what they'd done the second time. However, the scaffolding outside remains, and the disassembled tower parts outback needs collecting, two days after they said someone would come round to collect it. I can't honestly say to avoid Wise or Cosy Homes altogether, because there are definitely some pluses here, but there are also deficiencies in organisation that could do with being addressed, and I suspect, biting off more than they can chew with customer workloads.

I would not recommend this company the after service is none existent the phone number provided doesn't connect .My mother is a pensioner and needs heat as she has health issues.Our radiators are constantly on and won't shut off even when we switch them off it is costing my mum a fortune money she hasn't got.A lovely man came out when we eventually managed to get hold of them and had to switch the radiators off by the black box, and said he couldn't do anything as an electrician was needed so now my mother has no heating , a week on still no one has come, how can we contact them when the phone number doesn't connect. I'm being very generous with the one star .I wish we hadn't changed our heating system the other worked brilliantly.My mother feels really let down she is made to feel like a nuisance .

Unfortunately due to a lack of project management, timeline and due care to standards our house upgrade has been poorly run. If you have a project with Wise you MUST demand a named project manager and you MUST see a plan and timeline prior to work (because the contractors won't). We're currently into six days without lights in our upstairs floor, our loft is inaccessible and our solar panels are still sitting in our garden 12 days after work began.

on the boiler service plan should get free yearly service rang and booked appointment twice now no enginner turned up rang them again sain they would call me back suprise suprise no call back again so what am i paying for

We have been inspected for Airsource heat pump installation in May 2021. Following this there were several reinspections. 2 people of this company who inspected left the job and had final inspection Feb/Mar 2022. Following final inspection they quoted double the amount of price nearly £31,000 stating all the old inspections were wrong. I did not get any clarification for failure in providing me services as promised. There is no ownership for the job and always poor response. I had to chase all the times still with lack of progress. Very disappointed.

Company kept on fobbing me off saying as boiler only, lower priority, in January I was promised it would be done in March, I ring back in March, they now tell me funding was pulled back in January and they left me a message, this is a complete lie, no voicemail, text or email received, and yes I regularly check my spam folder! Complete bunch of charlatans!

I was very happy with the customer service and the standard of work from Wise Energy. The engineer who fitted the boiler was very friendly efficient and worked quickly. He even covered my flooring and carpets which helped to cut down on all the cleaning afterwards.

1st time house central heating installation. Great response times efficient service. The Team all work together on their own individual specialist area from the installers, plasterers and painters. Excellent service I'm very happy with and would recommend. Just one slight point the team need to clean up proficiently afterwards as I have to remove some of the old plasterboards and bits of piping but overall fantastic job done.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, great on the phone and the surveyor was friendly, took his time checking out the job and explaining everything to me. The installation team did the job really quickly and left my house clean and tidy each session and particularly at the end of the job. I can’t be more grateful to Wise Energy and would recommend them gladly .

Well done Wise Energy. Two lovely lads arrived this morning to do my underfloor insulation. They never stopped on what was a very hot day. I spoke to two girls at the office (Hannah and Lauren) and they were very helpful, in confirming the lads were on their way but the M62 was slow that morning and they arrived shortly afterwards. Just hope my new boiler insulation goes as well. Thank you Wise Energy.
