Paul and the team installed a Sigenergy solar and battery system. A very professional team, who were obliging, neat & tidy both inside & outside the house. They listened to our requirements & suggested several options even downgrading to just battery storage to save on upfront cost, but we chose to have solar panels and optimisers fitted to improve energy production. No hard sell here, they genuinely want to do a 1st class job for you, which they achieved 100%.

Had 3 new electric radiators fitted. Went really well, I got given a 2hr window on when they were likely to arrive, which was accurate. Gordon, the electrician, even wore shoe covers and hoovered up the dust from drilling into the wall.

Great service from PWS. Was looking for an EV charger installed at my house. Paul came and surveyed and agreed on a competitive price. The installation by Gordon was very professional and I would highly recommend PWS.

Highly recommend PWS, had a hive controller installed,great communication from Paul, answered all my questions and provided great advice. When Mark came to install he had dust sheets and shoe covers, took no time to install and really helpful in explaining how it all worked. To top it off a very fair price for the job. Will definitely use again for any domestic electrical work

Very happy with the service from PWS. I wanted an old axial extractor fan replaced with a more appropriate centrifugal fan. PWS were very helpful with great communication. They sourced what I needed and fitted it quickly and efficiently. Very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will use again if I have anything electrical that needs done.

Just had a Hypervolt EV charger installed. Gordon has done an excellent job installing with no visible external cables. Always great to see a professional clearing up at the end of the job, and wearing overshoes in the house without being prompted! Very highly recommended.

Found Paul online after looking at reviews etc. His team attended my mothers home to replace old storage radiators with modern ceramic wifi enabled heating. Also fixed sockets, light fixtures etc. Efficient from beginning to end. Communication was perfect from quoting through to installation. Would highly recommend!

Contacted PWS as needed new heat detector and a smoke detector. Communication through email was very good and we received a quote which we felt was reasonable. Appointment arranged and the worker (Alan) turned up on time and carried out the job professionally. Would definitely recommend this company. We would use again

I arranged for PWS Electrical Services to undertake an EICR and PAT. I was very impressed with the thoroughness, quality and neatness of their work. Allan - the electrician who completed the work was highly professional, an excellent communicator and thorough with the EICR and PAT Testing - his time keeping was excellent and arrived exactly at the agreed time. Paul was highly organised and an excellent communicator. PWS installed a Hypervolt EV charger at my property. The whole process was effortless thanks to Paul, with any queries being answered promptly over the phone and by email. I was looking to have an EV charging point installed but had no experience of any electrical company doing this type of work. A friend recommended PWS Electrical Services who had previously done an installation for him. He spoke very highly of the quality of the work and had no hesitation in recommending them. Paul visited carried out a survey and gave us a price which was below that offered by Octopus. But thats not why I went with his quote. After 35 years in construction management you know instinctively if you are dealing with a genuine competent tradesman or a cowboy. It was obvious to me I was dealing with a competent tradesman. Very impressed with the team at PWS. Everyone works very cleanly, they are reliable, punctual and knowledgeable. They've done multiple jobs for me, including a troublesome car charger that had software issues, which they replaced for free until it was working correctly. I will definitely use PWS in the future for any electrical work and recommend them for anyone.

I would totally recommend PWS. I have been very impressed at the whole experience from the initial contact, assistance with planning our project (an EV charger) through to the fitting and completion. Paul and Alan were both excellent and I will definitely use PWS again in the future. Paul was very thorough in scoping the job, explaining what would happen and helping me prepare for the fitting. Paul responded very quickly to my inquiry about an Ev charger and arranged a date and time to come out and look at everything and talk me through the process and explain the features on various different chargers. Very professional and quick. Booked an install date and Alan carried out the installation and again it was great, very professional and explained everything. Very happy with everything from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them.
