Solar, battery and gateway installation

Quantum provided us with a large solar panel installation tied to a Sigenergy battery and gateway in Feb 2026. From quotation to installation it was a fantastic experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Mason and his team. Very professional and no hard sell. All installed in two days and then the scaffolding came down pretty much immediately. We’re now seeing great PV production even though it’s still winter. Well done Quantum!

I wanted to share a genuine recommendation for Quantum Solar, who recently installed my new solar system and battery. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and really enjoyable. Mason was my first point of contact and handled the initial details and survey. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what would work best for my home. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and very easy to talk to. Jake looked after the installation and made sure everything was set up and working properly. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable, and thorough. I am still getting used to the system and figuring out how to tie in my new Zappi EV charger, but the solid work they did has hopefully made that much easier. Overall, the speed of delivery, the quality of the installation, and the way the whole Quantum Solar team looked after me was excellent. The service we received from Mason and his team was outstanding. They listened to what we required, and gave us the advice as to the system we needed. Installation from start to finish was excellent and any questions we had were answered. Their response to any communications were quick, with full explanation of how these systems work. My recommendation is just give them a call; you will not be disappointed!

Our requirements were for an off-grid system of Solar panels, Inverter and Batteries. Quantum were the company that listened, and offered a system that met our needs fully. I reached out to Quantum for a solar panel installation quote. I was in a hurry due to requirements stipulated by planning and couldn't sell my property without it. Quantum managed to quote me quickly and at a fair price They even managed to do all the works completed within 1 week. I would highly recommend them. All the works were done tidy and the property left as they found it.

We recently invested in a solar and battery system (June 2025 installation) and we couldn't be happier that we made the move to solar energy and specifically that we engaged with Quantum as our chosen provider. We valued the fact that Mason was involved in the entire process, from initial explorative discussions through to the installation and subsequent aftercare. He was readily available to answer all of our questions and took the time to provide us with the information and talk us through options. We didn't feel pressured to go ahead and there wasn't a hard sell at all, just the chance to gather enough knowledge to make an informed decision. We both felt that we built up a rapport with Mason which even extended to a game of golf that he was kind enough to host, further cementing the trust we had in him and the business. When the installation date came everything ran very smoothly and Mason and Jake impressed us with their professionalism and efficiency. We were really pleased with the EcoFlow system and love how easy the app is to use and keep track of things. Would highly recommend the Quantum team!

We cannot recommend Quantum Electrical services enough. We had been considering installing Solar on our house for some time and had spoken with other companies before meeting with Mason. Mason from Quantum spent a lot of time with us in order to fully understand our needs before designing a bespoke system and putting together a detailed and comprehensive quote for us. Both he and his team showed an in-depth knowledge of the system they were installing and a genuine interest in their work. They were clean and tidy on site, nothing was too much trouble and they completed the installation on time. Mason has continued to monitor our system and follow up with us since the installation to make sure we are happy, and everything is running as it should be. More companies should be like this.

Mason was extremely patient when explaining everything to me for which reason I chose his firm. The service offered was friendly and efficient and, despite the bad weather, was speedily accomplished. I would recommend his firm wholeheartedly, it was superb.

The whole experience with Quantum has been great all the way through with Mason one of the Directors project managed the whole process, from site survey, quote etc, ensuring that ALL went smoothly even including the scaffolding being erected just before installation and removed on the final day of installation! The whole experience has and is very positive and I recommend them to anyone considering solar panel/battery installation. The Quantum team managed all of the electrics needed for my photography studio in Essex. They were really easy to work with, flexible around our very tight time schedule and did such a neat job to keep the studio looking as aesthetic as possible. Would highly recommend.
