Fantastic work and service from Powernaturally! The entire team was very professional and did a great job installing the entire system

We originally had a air source heat pump installed by Power Naturally 12 years ago and the system works very well with our underfloor heating, trouble free and the regular servicing carried out by very efficient staff. We have now added, into our original system, solar panels, car charging and battery storage and the two engineers, who linked it into the old system were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the PN engineers and office staff including Connor, Chris, Edd, Liz and Chelsea

The whole team at Power Naturally, were exceptional. The service we received was above and beyond. Our home is fully installed with all the latest technology and works like a dream. PowerNaturally were contracted to supply and install an Air Source Heat Pump allied to underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. They provided a detailed description of their proposed installation together with a competitive quote.Their engineers always arrived when scheduled and were very helpful in explaining what they were doing. This was useful for me as I had no knowledge of heat pump systems. Once the system was up and running an engineer came to hand over the system to me. He was extremely helpful and took time to explain how the various parts of the system interacted. I have been very pleased with the system, although it is important to understand that the house must be suitable for a heat pump to be effective. My house was essentially a new build with up to date insulation and underfloor heating; both essential for efficient heat pump operation. I would certainly recommend PowerNaturally both for their expertise and customer service.

Would prefer to mark this with 4.75 instead of 5 stars if that was possible. PN's service and support has been exemplary over the years, except for just one hick up in March with one of their electricians who has failed to get in touch with me. Also there has been no follow up on the original enquiry from PN management.

We are very pleased with the air source heating and mechanical ventilation systems installed by Powernaturally. Their contractors were respectful of the environment. When we had teething issues after installation, these were dealt with quickly and successfully in a very positive manner. We would highly recommend Powernaturally Ltd.

They installed a large, 33kW GSP at our house, they did everything they said they would do and have been really helpful ever since with advice and help with learning how to use and configure it. They really care about their customers and I am very glad that I chose them. The staff are really friendly and helpful, communications are good and I feel looked after. Power naturally were recommended to me by my architect for a new/self-build project just completed this year. I went to them for my air source heat pump, solar panels and EV charger. Having seen a couple of average reviews, along with a general scepticism of renewable companies anyway (despite being a builder myself, this is still an area I know little about), I have been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of this company. They have a good size team, and we’re always very quick to respond and deal with any relevant issues etc. They weren’t shy when it came to site visits, and always gave me confidence that they were here to help, and to do things properly. I would absolutely recommend using power naturally-especially if you were thinking of adding multiple renewable technologies- as having them oversee this whole area took away a lot of stress. Months ago we contacted Power naturally for a quotation to replace a heat pump, despite making a follow up call during which we were told of staff shortages or illness we have heard nothing. We agree with other contributors about the poor customer service….which to be frank is non existent! Fortunately there are other specialist providers one of whom made a site visit, submitted a quotation which we have accepted.

Nutshell review: very good design/setup/installation...but the customer service and after-sales experience leaves much to be desired. In detail: we had ASHP, UFH to three floors and a MVHR system designed and fitted to a new-build house. Installation and issues during installation were all dealt with by the builder, so from my perspective all seemed pretty smooth. One aspect I didn't understand at the beginning is that PowerNaturally get the builder's plumbers and electricians to fit much of the kit. System seemed to work brilliantly post commission, but then discovered there was constant heat demand. They came pretty quick to resolve this. However, from here on I struggled to get them to engage. Asked for a solar quote in Feb 22. After a dozen nags, I got a survey in September, and required half a dozen nags to finally get the quote through in April 23!! More pertinently, there were issues with towel rail activation and maintenance of temperature on our middle floor, and this took a couple of visits to resolve...but it took numerous emails to get them here each time. There are bound to be minor issues and tweaks required in a system this complex. However, the after-sales attitude to customers means there's no way they will be getting the solar business. Shame, as the people are lovely...it is just their processes and, I suspect, taking on too much business.

I would highly recommend PowerNaturally. We had an air source heat pump installed a couple of weeks ago and the team were outstanding. Any mess made was kept to a minimum and cleared away at the end of every the day. They worked until the job were finished, fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble for the office staff they were very polite and helpful. As for the heat pump, it’s a game changer! I have always had a gas boiler, so was dubious about having an air source at first. I needn’t have worried the result is amazing, plenty of hot water and although we have radiators the house is lovely and warm and the heat is more consistent. Also, now it’s a pressurised system our showers and taps have more power. Thanks PowerNaturally for a good job well done👍

Sadly we never got going. After forgetting to send us the paper work in April, with a suggested start date end of October 2021, we had to ask for it when we realised in late October that nothing had arrived. It was sent but contained so many mistakes we had to request a rewritten version. This arrived, still incorrect, with only answering two of our five queries. I then phoned the engineer and office person, only to be told we had been put to the back of the queue so might miss out on the more advantageous RHI scheme. At this point we went to another local company, who understood why we wanted the installation before March 2022. It was installed in December 2021, is up and running, and brilliant. Bad show, Power Naturally, all we got from you was inefficiency and poor advice (ie, we might be able to get an exemption from having cavity wall insulation due to age of house -wrong-). Very poor performance.

Alas a well meaning company but does it deliver ? My experience is NO. Visit 1 sales - one hour late with no apologies although three minutes drive from last appointment.. Visit 2 cancelled Visit three - One and a half hours late with baffled salesman who apparently instructed the office to instruct me he would be late. Apologies from the office did not match the Salesman's explanation, nor did it stack up with my phone records. Yep - if that it where the Sales are - would you want an installation. Well I will not.

PowerNaturally installed an air source heat pump system for our house renovation. They were very professional and service minded all the way, delivered what they promised and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommended!
