A couple of replacement (upgrade) lamps were discussed, ordered and installed within three days. The installer arrived on time, was friendly, considerate of my property and completed the work well within the estimated timescale. I consider this excellent service from a well-established local company who I would use again without hesitation.

Tom at TS Electrical visited our property, made a note of our requirements and made suggestions to improve our installation. We received a detailed quote later that day which was accepted and the work was scheduled at a date suggested by us. Engineer Kevin arrived on time and demonstrated a professional, friendly and can do attitude during the two days he was with us. During installation we suggested additional work the parts for which Kevin ordered and the work carried out. The job was finished to our complete satisfaction and Kevin left the area tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending TS Electrical.

They ran over due to the care they took and had to do an extra day, all down to them. Requested some changes during the work. No problem, no drama. TS Electricals have magnificent electricians. I've used them twice now and they've sent over very helpful gentleman who have gone above and beyond to fit very complicated lights we've had installed here. They always do a very professional job, arrive on time and are extremely friendly. Their prices are also extremely competitive. I am extremely pleased with the work of this company. They were pleasant, effective,.and helpful at all times. I had to have dual fuel range cooker disconnected and then the next day the new induction cooker connected. They managed to fit this all in perfectly. I then needed a new cooker hood installed which they managed to do last minute just before Christmas. An excellent service.

What a great friendly company to deal with. From Tom the owner to Rebecca in the office and Kevin who installed my radiator everyone was so friendly and helpful and very much making sure the customer was happy with the work and I cannot praise them highly enough. They are a superb local company offering great service even following up with me after the work was done to make sure I was happy. TS Electrical came to the rescue after a lightning strike knocked out the consumer unit and most of the appliances in the house. They were there to make safe first thing the next day which allowed us to get away on holiday as planned. Great job with all the works that followed. Amazing team!

Excellent service in getting quotation, followed by set date for installation, all very professional. Work carried out on due date by excellent staff who were very polite, they arrived on time and kept us informed throughout the job, found a fault on our fuse board which will be resolved once materials arrive. The employees are a credit to the company and we would recommend them and use again for any electrical work in the future
